spider veins

im only 14 and i have small spider veins on my calf. its pretty nasty.

Kinda like that- sorry that is a pretty nasty picture. what cna i do to get rid on them?

thats pretty bad id see a doctor about it since the only way to remove it is by having surgery by a doctor.
to PREVENT it from happening again, stop/minimize crossing your legs

People your age usually don't get spider veins aka varicose veins. Since you have them the best thing to do would be talk to your doctor.

The only way to get rid of them is having a doctor
take care of them. Here is an article that lists the various things they can do.
