pear shaped girls unnattractive?

i am a pear shape and no matter how hard i try, my legs are still unproportionally bigger than my top half. i am still a size zero (sometimes 2) in most jeans but i am really skinny on my top half, like i'm skinnier (from the hips up) than my 12 year old sister and i'm 17. i am 5'6" and weigh 110 pounds. is this an unnattractive shape?

and.. are there any good exercises to make my legs thinner? (i already run, do rowing, and tone them with weight machines at the gym)

Hi I'm a 17 year old girl. And I'm athletic, but am not in a winter sport and so I've gained some weight and am out of shape. I was wondering if anyone has tried the Hip Hop abs program and if they got any results from it and if it was worth it? Thank you!!

giving a GOOD massage

so i've like this guy for awhile now. he is really active, he plays three sports. well anyways he is always sore and he asks me sometimes to give him a massage and i dont mind at all ;) its a good reason for me to get somewhat closer to him i guess you could say. i always make him lay on the floor because for me its easier. but i never feel like im doing a good job, and i hate feeling like that! its usually always his lower back that hurts. i try and like rub it, it's hard to explain and i'll always be like "right here?" "is this even doing anything?" and he always says yeah but i dont know if its just because its me doing it and its somewhat good, or if he is just saying that. i am a pretty weak girl, m...

getting my summer body back. help!

I want to learn a good workout routine in order to tone my belly. I have a small, tiny body with skinny legs and arms but I have put on a little "pudge" on my belly. The lower belly, so to speak. I just want a good routine to tone my belly back up.

I'm doing cardio and ab workouts, but what else? and how long? just a good routine, anyone?!

Late Bloomer

I'll be 16 in a month and I haven't hit puberty yet. Never had a period, flat chest, no crazy sexual day dreams, and I only get the occassional random makeout dream.
So, what gives? When is it my turn to become a woman? =P Not that I mind not having a period, but come on, I want some kind of curvage.
OH andddd, I have one more thing to ask, can you get pregnant if you've never had a period? (No I'm not considering sex, I was just wondering) and, can sex cause you to start having a period? (a friend said it could LOL and I don't think it can)

Okay. Well , I have like absolutly NO arm muscle.
I can do like half a push up. && when I flex its like no muscle what so ever? How do I qet some biceps && triceps? Pleeasee && thankyou.

Gym VS. Working out @ Home

I work a 9-5 job and are in the freeway for about 2 hours coming home and don't know what to do to keep in shape. I work in an office and therefore I don't do much exercise. I was thinking of going to the gym but the only two gyms really close to my house are three:

Women's gym : a bit smaller then others but has dancing classes
24 Hours: it gets really full of people in the evenings
LA Fitness: about 5 miles away in the fwy and it has various locations

What would you suggest I do?? I have a treadmill at home but maybey the gym will distract me from the routine (working & going home)

I don't really know much about weight loss so help me out. When you eat less / better / drink more water, you start losing fat right? Well does your face lose weight also? That would mean like your chin and cheeks right? What about your nose haha? Do you have to excersize as well, or can you just eat less. I'd be very happy if someone gave me some tips and facts =)

So, I'm 15, 4'10'', and 93 lbs. We did BMI and Body Fat Percentage in health, my BMI was 19.5, and my Body Fat Percentage was 20. Is that bad, considering my size? I saw kids who were technically over weight with percentages of like, 18-29, so obviously I'm sort of curious. I mean, I've got the common girl issue of the lower stomach being kinda ehh, and I'm a 32 C. Does that make a difference?

When you lose a lot of weight, do your feet shrink at all? Like if you weigh a lot and then lose a bunch of weight. I mean if you have wide feet and then lose weight could you possibly not have wide feet anymore?

Losing Weight

I'm not fat or chubby or anything. I just have stomach I want to get rid of. I know exercising would help but I don't know what to do. Running? I think sit ups would work right? But how many? And eating healthy. Is there anything else? I weigh about 103, that's normal right? ha, I have a lot of questions as you can see. The other thing is that I don't want to exercise in front of anyone, like family kinda of thing. Its kinda weird unless I want to play basketball or something with my brother. My stomach

Ever since about 1 week ago, i never really worried about the size of my stomach because i am skinny and have a very high metabolism rate. But lately, i have noticed my stomach is getting bigger and i don't like it at all. It is getting a little "Pouch" in the front. I hate it. After i eat, it gets so big and it looks like im pregnant or something. I don't know how to stop it. And after i eat, when it gets big, it stays like that for the rest of the day. I weigh 122 and i am 5'6 and a half or 5'7. I used to weigh between 112-115. Now, i am lucky just to get to 118. Ever since i have noticed it, i have been smaller portions of stuff but that's about it. My mom won't buy me the weight loss things because she says i don't...
