I want to learn a good workout routine in order to tone my belly. I have a small, tiny body with skinny legs and arms but I have put on a little "pudge" on my belly. The lower belly, so to speak. I just want a good routine to tone my belly back up.
I'm doing cardio and ab workouts, but what else? and how long? just a good routine, anyone?!
Keep up with the cardio and ab exercises. Try to stretch your abs as well, there are a ton of ab stretches on Google.com if you need help finding some.
Drink a lot of water, eat right, and keep up the routine. You'll be there in no time.
