Best Ab work out

Hi I'm a 17 year old girl. And I'm athletic, but am not in a winter sport and so I've gained some weight and am out of shape. I was wondering if anyone has tried the Hip Hop abs program and if they got any results from it and if it was worth it? Thank you!!

doubt that will do anything. try doing leg lifts, lying on the ground, both legs up and once. if you want it to be harder add anke weights. also try doing scissor kicks but horizonally (i.e. one leg crosses over the other, switching over which one is on top each time) at the same time you are doing scissor kicks, try lifting up your core from the hips. you can also try belly dancing. there are a lot of instructional videos on that, and it works good

It looks like it would work. This year I have started doing pushups and sit up. on the first day of january I did 1 pushup and 1 sit up, the second day I did 2 of each, the third I did 3 of each and so on. On december 31 2009 I will do 365 pushup and 365 situp (problay not all at the same time). I hope I helped.
