Hi I'm a 17 year old girl. And I'm athletic, but am not in a winter sport and so I've gained some weight and am out of shape. I was wondering if anyone has tried the Hip Hop abs program and if they got any results from it and if it was worth it? Thank you!!
It looks like it would work. This year I have started doing pushups and sit up. on the first day of january I did 1 pushup and 1 sit up, the second day I did 2 of each, the third I did 3 of each and so on.
