laurenn answered Saturday January 3 2009, 3:35 pm: I do the same thing, when i have nothing else to do i wander to the kitchen and find something to eat but lately i've been reading books or watching movies away from the kitchen so i'm not tempted to go get something to eat, and it has been working! I would also say to eat fufilling meals like chinese food or mexican food or just something big so you don't feel the need to eat later in the day, i also tried brushing my teeth when i think about going to snack because then i know nothing will taste good.
