Tanning

Alright i`ve been taniing at the tanning bed..&& my little sister well isn`t old enough to go so she asked if i`d lay out at my grandma`s with her && i said yes.. Well my mom said i shouldn`t do that because my aunt did that && got burnt real bad && had scapes all on her chest.. So i want to know if this is a good or bad idea.. I mean my sister looks up to me && i said i`d do it.. But i don`t want to do anything dangerous.. But my mom might be makin it up i couldn`t tell if she was serious so please tell me ladies!!

What are the signs of crabs? How do you get them? How do you prevent them, and how do you get rid of them?

How do swimsuit models get their stomachs so flat, like is that like having tight abs or is it just that they dont have any fat in that area. is it because they workout by running or crunches?

Sleep?

How can I fall asleep?
Lately I'm having nightmares and I can't sleep if it's past 11.. because I just.. stay awake for some reason.
And when i try to sleep.. i have sleep paralysis...so sometimes i refuse to sleep because i hate going through that.
i dont know what to do.
i'm only getting 3-4 hours of sleep every night.

I'm hungry but I cant eat

I keep losing my appetite :( I think it's because of stress but half of the time I can't eat my mothers dinner. I just dont like the food.. steaks and chicken, etc.. Is it just my taste in food or is there something wrong with me? Every time I try to eat, i get nauseous..

eye surgery

i'm getting eye surgery to make my eyes bigger because i think they'd look more pretty that way. umm people tell me after i do the surgery, for 2 weeks my eyes are going to be all puffy and stuff and it will look bad and it will take around 2 weeks to heal - is that true? umm and how old do i have to be to get the surgery done? and like are there any cons of getting the eye surgery? or any side effects? thanks.

Okyy. Well,, i better state thhat my handss are shkking unconttraolbly, whichm akes it hard to typpe well, buttt ill tryy my hardest.
Well, today, the doctor said I have strep throat. 2 dayys ago i started feeling siick with a head achhe & stomach problems. I didn't eat after 2:00 ppm that dayy.
The nnext day, I diidnt eat anythinng. It was more head ach and stommach problems.
Yesterdayy, all i at was a cressent roll& a little bit of noodle soupp. My stomach & head still.
Today, I wentt too the doctors office & they siaid ii had strep thhroat. Now, my throat & head & stomach hurtt. All iive had to day wass half a frapp from starbucks.
I've loost 10 lbs so farr, noo...

bad knees?

okay well for about 3 or 4 months i have been having real bad problems with my knees. when i walk or stretch they sound and feel like my bones are just grinding together. i am always having really bad pains in both knees. i am a cheerleader so i am scared to go to the doctor and find out something is actually wrong with them and be out for the season. does anyone know what this could be and do u think it is neccessary for me to see a doctor?

Tampon Removal

Hi, well I've just start used tampons, and I'm still on my first one. It's been very well over 8 hours, and when I try to pull it out, it hurts. I'm doing it slowly, but it doesn't really budge. Also note that it is an expanding tampon. So is it a good idea to try to fill it up with water? And is it supposed to hurt a whole lot for the first time you remove it?

okay so when i wear tampons i almost always use the "heavy" ones because i don't find the "regular" ones protect me as much. but when i take out the "heavy" ones (after 7-8 hours) they are sometimes not fully absorbed. are there any risks in this?

sweating

i always sweat when its hot.. but who doesnt. but its always me who gets sweat marks under their armpits (i do wear deoterant)so i always have to change my shirt just awaiting it to happen again or put on a jacket so its not noticable bc it wouldnt go through the jacket, but i mean who wants to wear a jacket during the summer? summers coming up and i dont know what to do to stop it before im emarrased while im playing with friends and i raise my hand or something and theres a big ring of sweat... HELP!!

wet underarms

I use Ban brand deodorant, which is supposed to be a good quality brand Im told, but I still sweat under there. I put it on once in the morning, but it wont work all day. I was wondering if there is a "magical" deodorant that stays on all day and works great. I also dance, so I need one thats strong. I cant seem to find the deodorant that is right for me. Maybe there are some other ways to stop the sweating. Thanks for the help!

i'm only 14 but i got my period late. the first time i ever got my period was Jan.15...then i got it again on Feb.12...i know that when you first start getting it your not on a regular schedule yet but i'm getting worried. i haven't gotten my period again since Feb.12...is this normal? how do i know if there is something wrong with me?

knee pain

My Mother is 50 yrs old and is suffering from knee pain for the last 4-5 years.Doctors had said that the gap between bones at knee has reduced and there is no cure except knee replacement surgury.
Recently we consulted a rheumatologist who has adviced treatment by injecting fluid in knees to increase the gap ,over a period of three weeks costing around Rs 15000.Is such a procedure advisable ?What are the success rates?

Hi, I have a question about my shoulder.
I have this weird blue dot and it sticks out a little. Is this a pimple? Its on my left shoulder on the very top. I don't know what it is. But it has a grey dot inside of it.
