Try an anti-persperant called "Certain-Dri". It's INCREDIBLE, and I highly reccommend it. It's about $5 at K-Mart, London Drugs, Wal-Mart, or Walgreens. You can find it almost anywhere. You apply it at night and all day you do not sweat AT ALL. I had the same problem as you, except probably 10 times worse, and I don't sweat at all anymore. I've been using Certain Dri for a year already and it lasts about 6 months. :)

i have the same exact problem. theres nothing you can do to prevent it. its hereditary. somewhere down the line someone in your direct family has the same problem too. my momma was the one that passed it on to me. id suggest applying baby powder to your underarms right before going out- after deodorant, of course.wearing light colors always helps. and definetely dont wear shirts that are too tight. they will cling to you, and thts what causes the rings in the first place. tank tops are always good, because they dont cling to your underarms. wear cotton shirts because they breathe, and if you carry a purse(i cant live without mine!)- carry one of those small deodorants in there- that way- if need be- you can stop in a bathroom- dry off any excess sweat, and reapply a new coat. hope i helped! good luck.

Hmmm. Well, in my seventeen mag, I was reading about that, and maybe you could go to the doctor if its REALLY serious because your sweat glands may be acting up or something.

Some tips, like if you raise your hand, don't raise it all the way, just a little.

I have the same problem. You can either use Men's deodorant, which I do, or you can get acupuncture done. It doesn't cost much like you may think, it all depends on where you go. I had it done on my whole back and that was only $50. You might have to do it a couple of times but, surprisingly, it really does work.
