How do swimsuit models get their stomachs so flat, like is that like having tight abs or is it just that they dont have any fat in that area. is it because they workout by running or crunches?

This is exactly the way I am. Many models actually get into modeling ultimately because they have good genes. I'd like to point out to the other people that said, "Oh they are annorexic," or "They do drugs and that helps keep them thin,".... actually the vast majority of models are healthy and don't have an eating disorder or use drugs, nor do they diet addictively and that is a fact. I'm not saying there aren't models that do, there are plenty of them out there, yes, but a lot of that is honestly just stereotype. But anyways, to answer your question, most models are either naturally thin and have flat stomach or they get that way by eating right and working out well. livelovelaughshop answered Wednesday June 7 2006, 8:30 am: just because someone has a flat stomach doesn't mean they're anorexic or they are on a diet. i do not have an eating disorder nor am i on a diet yet i have a very flat stomach (although some people do have to go on a slight diet to help loss a little fat to get the flat stomach). the main key to a flat stomach is to work out your abdominals (stomach muscles) by doing crunches. jumadel answered Wednesday June 7 2006, 4:24 am: Hi there, your onto it, they probaly might work out but they dont eat alot of fatty foods. They go on a diet. Because they eat things like salad and fruit, it doesnt contain any fat which means they arent really putting on any weight. They get paid for what they do, which means they buy fitness products and take different vitamins. It is quite easy when you think about it! BlondBritBrit answered Wednesday June 7 2006, 12:33 am: they do work out, but i agree with the first advice. i also think many of them are anorexic. My stomach is pretty tight with barely any fat, but its not flat like theirs. I don't think running does THAT much to your stomache- but crunches do.
