help! im m/13 and ive only ever made out with a girl who wasnt my girlfriend and wasnt hot! whenever girls meet me they seem to be interested and curious and first then just get bored of me easily and dont really talk to me..... i have a little bit of difficulty talking to them but i get on well enough when there is a good topic.

I read an email I wish I hadn't - Should I tell someone

I work in the IT Dept of a manufacturing company where I upgrade users' computers. In the process I move their files and email account to the new computer.
On someone I was upgrading recently, I saw an email (it was what their email opened up to) relating to them finding a new job. It was from a friend or relative encouraging the employee to leave us & go to the new employer (where friend now works).
Should I tell my boss, or their boss, or HR? Or just leave it be?

Anyone know FRENCH?

I need to learn to speak some French by Friday.
I know you're thinking "haha yeahh right" but it's important. My Dad invited a new person from his job to come have dinner with us on friday. They have 2 kids that are 12 & 14... they just moved here from France & don't speak any English at all. I speak Spanish & English fluently but I don't know any French. I really need to be able to communicate at least a little. Any phrases/yes or no questions/greetings would be most helpful! Please, no online translators.

facebook - honesty box application

i have the honesty box application [on facebook] & i was just wondering, is it REALLY true that no one can ever find out what you said in the honesty box?
i thought i cracked it - someone sent me a message and i put my mouse over the "???" and a link came up on the bottom of the screen (in the gray part - it says Done). i wrote down the link & tried going to the site, thinking it was the link of whoever posted it, but it didn't work.
can you figure out who sent you something that way?

Neglected as a youngster

When I was little, my parents never spent time with me, never talked to me unless it was about something i did wrong, and really brought me down.
Now I'm 16, and I'm used to living without my parents basically. They're there, but not there for me.
I think my childhood led up to the reason why I don't have any esteem at all.
I'm trying to make up for those years by hanging out with my friends- and they're calling me "clingy".
I need to try and make up for those little positive moments i never had as a kid, I need to get my esteem past the level of zero.
Any advice on how I can do this?

Period trouble!!!

hi, im really upset and i've cried for ages over this im turning 14 in exactly 2 weeks, this is long right basically i havent started my period my boobs are growing and are a fair size, i've got lots of pubic hair on my vagina and armpits thats normal. I'm worried about the period thing will it ever start? I masturbated with proper dirty sticks and unclean pens will this affect my period and also i don't do much sports apart from athletics once a week in school as part of PE but i'm quite energetic and lively. I'm so scared i really don't know what to do, my sister who is now 17 started hers at the age of 13 and 3 months i don't know about my mum and i can't talk to them or any doctors what should i do? I want to say thank you for any advice.

OK, everytime I think someone else is prettier than I am, my bfflad, Bethanie, always says the ones I say have no boobs. What and the heck is so important about big boobs!!?!?!?!?!?!? Hi. I have a phone with SunCom and I dropped it in water, and to replace it I bought an unlocked Blackberry on eBay.
I want to download games & ringtones as well as get online with it. But when I go to browser it comes up and says, "your device does not currently haveand browser configuration service book entries."
