you know how in most issues they have a workout routine? well i wondering which one was the most effective. i still have most from this/last year so if you could tell me which one the most effective one is in would be greatt (or like whos on the cover)

Some are specially designed for elgs, some for arms, etc. Just go through them and find one that looks like it would work the area you want to work. But like I said, they all will work if you do them and eat healthy.

I'd just say follow the little monthly plans in there.
