chloekc answered Monday July 9 2007, 5:15 pm: Okay i'm not sure how so i look it up for you and i found this i hope it helps, just a note though these methods aren't that accurate as they're for the average person and may be different if you are over weight, under weight etc. The only accurate way you can measure it is by measuring machines etc.
