to get a good score on the math section of the SATs (700+), i can get at least 1 question wrong in each math section, right?

Yes, that would probably be good. You obviously can make mistakes on it. No one is perfect. I know a few people who actually got 2+ wrong in each section & still did pretty good, but for 700+ I would say 1 for each section should still give you a good score.
