I started doing 100 squats every night starting last week. (I stretch before I do them, so don't worry). What areas do squats help improve? When should I start seeing noticeable results?

Okay, I sit next to Adam in like every class.. not like Im in love we have assighned seats, and I always get stuck right there next to him. I dont mind, he's wickedd funny and everything. Well my BFF Becky is always like OOOOO flirty and all this stuff like me and Adam are flirting which yeahh were are but it bugs me that she says it infront of everyone. Like today we sat next to eachother in the tiny table to its impossible not to touch, and we started writing notes, and we started joking and stuff when he rubbed my knee, I am a WICKED tikilish person I like ahh flipped and he laughed because he knew I was. So i Rubbed his leg, and inch higher then my knee until I was remotly close to his Johnston.. and he said some-things- and stuff well...

unrequited love problems

I'm male, nearly 30.
For half my life I've been chasing girls and from asking God for a girlfriend to crying in the shower, I've tried it all.
I've been on dates, but none of the women I have been interested in, likes me back (more than a friend, your such a NICE guy... I know that one off by heart). Its really frustrating to be 30 and to know only rejection from women, obviously at this stage I'm so insecure that the last time I liked this chick I totally started to stutter really badly when I thought about trying to kiss her.
I don't try to screw anything that moves, if I'm not interested in a women, I don't make moves on them and have no problem talking to them.
I'm really low and I need advice, not comfort.

Sims 2

My sims 2 with the pets and open for business expanisiions... recently keeps crashing.
It was fine up until two days ago.
When it would be loading my family on it,
and a message would pop up that says:
"The application has crashed. The application will not terminate."
How do I fix this?!!
I tried cleaning out the chdks disk or whatever.. and stuff, but I dont even know.
Help please!

Motorola

If I want a new cell phone but my plan isn't up yet, can I buy a phone from the Motorola website & then just go to the verizon store & have them switch it?? The phone I want, it's carrier is already verizon, but I want to buy it off the Motorola website rather than a verizon store. Any ideas?? Thanks!!

okay, heres the story.
about 4 months ago i went out with this kid.
i only when out with him for 2 months.
he was my first kiss, but we didn't really talk much. So i broke it off, because i didn't want a bad relationship, we never saw eachother.
Its four months later, and i cant stop thinking about him. i don't know why, i honestly dont know what this is about. But i guess its cause he was my first kiss.
After we broke up he was talking to me online saying he'll never find another girlfriend. I don't think he was sad,though.

A boy and I had gotten really close, and I REALLY like him, more than I should. The other day he told me he cannot persue anything with me because wrestling is coming up and he doesn't think it would be at all fair to me since he is so dedicated to it. I understand, and he said we can be close friends and see how we are after wrestling is over. The problem is, wrestling lasts about 3 months, and so far he has definitely been avoiding me. He won't talk to me. Do you think he was using wrestling as an excuse to end things? I don't know, but it's been hurting me a lot since I like him SO much. I'm trying to be mature about it and to understand and not push, but I'm so upset.

So, this christmas, i don't really know what i want. I was thinking of getting a PS2 (a used one from like e-bay or something, cause we don't have alot of money to spend for a brand-new one). I'm not really interested in many of the games, but one that I realyl know that i want is DDR. My question is where is a really cheap price that i can buy it? Like target, walmart, etc. Also, i heard that some of the mats really suck, so which one/s do you reccomend. Some i've heard slip, don't register moves, etc. Anyways, I was also wondering about Guitar Hero. Is that really that fun of a game thats worth it for $100?

Okay I really liked this guy for a while. I play basktball with his sister and helped coached his brothers team. This was all last year. I stopped puberty about 3 years ago... my boobs have been a 38B for like a year and a half now... what is the average boob size of an adult woman?
is a B cup considered small? can they still grow even though it's been so long since i stopped devloping? every other woman in my family is a B too.

My period starts and stops. NORMAL?

Ok, im very freaked out here. i'm 15., I furst got my period when I was 13.
6 days ago, I got my period, everything normal but a little lighter than it usually was and no cramps. Then, it stopped for night ,the next morning i didn't have anything and i took a shower. at 4:30 today I got my period again, but this time the color was redish.
Then, yesterday it came again for one day, and today not here anymore.. but im afraid that it might come tomorrow
I don't know why it went off and then came again, is this normal?
Could stress cause this? because i've been stressing a lot lately

My problem is simple. My girlfriend is always pertending to be a lesbian with her friends (in front of me!) . They arent making out with each other and i know that they are definetly not real lesbians (or bisexual). I think that they are just trying to make me jealous. What should i do? By the way, im 14 years old and so is she. Now, im not saying that it isnt amusing to watch, but, i want her to give me some public attention, too. What should i do?

Computer Start-Up Problem (Windows XP; Inspiron 8200 Dell La

Okay, I have a Windows XP Dell Laptop Inspiron 8200. Whenever I try to start up the computer, it goes right to the Dell loading screen.
Then, it goes right to a black screen with a white message that says:
Primary hard disk drive not found
Fixed optical drive not found
No bootable devices--strike F1 to retry reboot, F2 for setup utility.
Please help. Thank You

MY FRIEND HAS LUEKIMIA!?

Hey. I'm 14/F and my friend is 13/F. She was diagnosed with Luekimia last month. Can anyone think of thinks a FOURTEEN YEAR OLD can do, someone with very little money on her hands, to raise some money or help out my friend Caroline. I really want to help, and someone else has already organized a walk to raise money so that idea is out. Any ideas would be very much appreciated and I do rate.

P.S. I don't know what kind of luekimia she has but I know she has started Chemo already and she's really sick due to the side affects of it.
And the ideas don't have to raise money, but if it's something that can make her feel a little better, or comfort her please let me know, I want to do anything it takes to help her.
