how do you get free movies for your ipod with ouuut any viruses and not limewire

If you're not stupid you won't get viruses on any of them.

Also, downloading copyrighted stuff on limewire isn't legal.

Umm... you can't really, unless they put a movie under the "Free on iTunes" section of iTunes Store. Sorry. I don't know why you don't want to use LimeWire. It's 100% legal, and there's tips for avoiding viruses on their webpage.
