squats

Question Posted Friday November 16 2007, 5:14 pm

I started doing 100 squats every night starting last week. (I stretch before I do them, so don't worry). What areas do squats help improve? When should I start seeing noticeable results?

Well, squats tone your arse and your thighs. I am suprised you haven't seen the results if you do that many.

The areas squats help improve are your butt and your legs. You should start seeing results within two weeks to a month.
