I have small whiteheads in my cleavage area, that are itchy and unattractive. What causes this and more importantly, how do I get rid of it and keep it away?

i met this guy in italy, and i think im falling in love with him. im 13 now, and hes 17, and he said that he likes me and that he wants to have kids with me and wants to marry me and stay with me....but today, i got on the subject of us meeting...and he said that it was almost impossible....so....he loves me, but its " impossible for us to meet"???? i mean, what the hell?! is this just some kind of guy thing that i dont understand or what? because he says that it is impossible, and that it wouldnt be easy. i mean....how hard can it be? all one of us has to do is just buy a plane ticket, and fly over....i dont understand. i really love him alot. and he says he does with me too. but...maybe he dosent...because hes always talking abo...

i have a friend in italy, and he said that he was 6 feet tall....but in know that they use a different math ststem than us...is their any webstie that can help me convert that into the system that we use? so i can know how tall he is in america?

Whenever I talk to the guy I like I like get so nervous. My hands like shake & everything. I feel SOOOO self conscious when I talk to him. Im like terrified that my hair looks messed up & stupid things like that. Is there any way to relax more?

cheerleading sports bra

okay so i'm 15 and i'm a cheerleader.
I need a REALLY supportive sports bra, because i'm a 34 D, and nothing seems to help so i always have to wear a regular bra and then a sports bra over it and then i sweat and it's disgusting and i hate it haha
but i'm looking for.. i'm not sure how to say it without sounding ridiculous but oh well haha i'm looking for the ultimate sports bra.
i'm one of the best jumpers on the team, and i don't want everyone to look at me because my sports bra doesn't work :[[
please help me!!!!!

Paint?

Somehow Paint, the program that comes with all computers, is no longer on my computer at all. No links, nothing in the recycle bin, no trace of it. Is there anywhere I can download it? I searched google, but it came up with other programs other than the basic paint.

Slight anxiety?

16/f. This year, I am taking very hard classes and I'm trying my hardest to do very well in them. This puts a lot of pressure on me- and I've noticed that much of the time I seem very anxious. I can't relax about anything- I can't sleep well, and randomly my heart starts pounding. It's not to the point of racing, and it's not like a medical condition, it's just like the "butterflies in the stomach" thing. The problem is, I don't have butterflies in my stomach... I'm just really stressed out all the time. I eat right, exercise, and I look and feel very healthy. Yet whenever I have a lot of homework to do or anything, when I think about it I start to feel really weird, uncomfortable, and sometimes even shaky, as if I had just...

over the past few months I have started cutting myself, and having suicidal thoughts. Im going through some problems and this is the only way I have of dealing wiv them. I made an appointment to see a counsellor but couldn't bring myself to see them. Im not really sure what Im asking, just general advice.

14/f okay so i was supposed to get my period like a couple weeks ago, and i still haven't gotten it yet. im supposed to go to mexico for a week with my friend in 2 days, and im scared im going to get it when were there. what do i do if i get it? were outside the whole day and we cant take purses anywhere or any bags or anything. if i get it i get really bad cramps, so im not going to feel good either. We have been planning this trip for a long time and its with her whole family and everything, my family isn't going. so i cant tell her i cant go. what do i do? please help and fast because were leaving tomorrow!

this is kinda embarrassing..
but today, my guy friend caressed my shoulder and arm in a realllllyy smooth/sexy way...he was just playing around.
as soon as he did that, i felt this rush through my body...and it was mainly directed at my lower part (...) and just everywhere...it felt really nice. lol
I don't know whyy....
is this normal? :/

I feel like I am in that movie Something about Mary, Honestly every one that I know even my self have a crush on Tiffany. I just don’t get it, Jon had a crush on her and me, they went out together for 3 days but Tiff broke it off because he was moving to fast. And then there was my ex boyfriend Anthony who I broke up with him because he was too annoying to deal with. He told me he has a crush on me and tiffany. And then I myself have a crush on her too. We all told her how e felt about her but she let us all down. Jon likes me and Tiff, Anthony likes me and tiff and I like Tiff and Tiffany like???? None of us…oh god I so need to meet knew people!

i have a problem with pulling out my eyelashes.
i go through fazes where i don't do it for a while ; & i have these think , curly, beautiful Itlaian eyelashes. normally, that's during the summer. or for a week or two during the school year. mostly, i just pick at them at random times. currently, that's where i am. when i am bored, don't want to do homework, anything. my mom says i usually do it throghout the school year because i'm stressed. i always ask this question, & everyone gives me such great answers. for some reason, i jsut can't stop.currently i have practically no eyelashes on both of my bottom lids. on the top, i have sparse clumps of 5 or 6. i look disgusting. it's tearing me apart. please help me

There's this guy in my class, he's so stupid but i thought we were friends. In class he didn't know how to do anything that we were learning on the computer so i did half the work for him and then he told me to finish the whole thing up since i'd do it faster.
I finished the WHOLE thing for him and just as i was about to work on my computer, the teacher assigns more things to do on the computer.
I was starting to work on my computer and then he tells me to work on it and I'm like no and he called me a douche bag.
Are we friends?
Maybe he just said douche bag at the heat of the moment?
Maybe I'm looking in too much of this?

okay there's this girl who is a freshman and just moved here (im a sophomore) and sits next to me in in my bio class. omg she is so clingy!! and she talks soo much about stupid stuff that i dont care about! like how her uncle is visiting or how she went to some auction over the weekend..yadda yadda..
and worse, she has this awful accent so i dont understand anything she says to me. she thinks im like her bff just because i said it was okay to sit next to me. my friend who sits on the other side of me things shes clingy too but i dont know how to shake her. she's kinda nice, like she always tells me what's going on when im sleeping in class, but she's really irritating.
how can i shake her off?
