i have a friend in italy, and he said that he was 6 feet tall....but in know that they use a different math ststem than us...is their any webstie that can help me convert that into the system that we use? so i can know how tall he is in america?

feet inches and miles are all in the US system
centimeters meters and killometers are metric

They normally use meters, but he converted it for you. He is 6 feet tall. In Italy he would say that he is 182 centimeters.
