Chest Acne

Question Posted Monday November 19 2007, 8:49 pm

14/f
I have small whiteheads in my cleavage area, that are itchy and unattractive. What causes this and more importantly, how do I get rid of it and keep it away?
(Size B, sweaty person, if that helps)

(White heads are hair follicles, which have widened and become clogged with skin debris, natural skin oils, and bacteria.)
Apply medicated spot washes - never pick them, as they're easy to get infected.
If they're very bad, you may want to get treatment from a doctor/dermatologist.
Make sure you wash thoroughly every day especially in that area. Around twice a week, use a body scrub, too.
Lastly, you are what you eat. So eat healthy and drink plenty of water.

I think I have the same thing you have. If that's true, then they will probably never go away or they will go away with time. Mine dont itch though, because i make sure to scrub that area hard with a washing brush to make sure any dirt that has built up there washes away, because sometimes your hand isnt enough to wash away some of the layers of dirt. I dunno, that's from my own experience. Good luck!
