I really want to find a work out DVD that concentrates mostly on your abs.

Okay, so I'm around 5 feet tall and I weigh about 115 pounds, I'm not anywhere near fat, but I have some chub I guess you could say, its not like terrible, but I don't feel comfortable wearing tanktops and stuff so all of my clothes are like babydoll shirts, but I really want to lose some weight by summer so I can finally wear tanktops and feel comfortable. How much should I run/walk every day, because I don't have a bike or anything else like that? Also what should I eat? I eat a lot healthier than I used to, I usually have a salad everyday for lunch at school and I have a healthy breakfast, but after I get home from school I pig out, so please help me stay determined not to, like give me some tips for that and some good foods that are healthy for me, thank you so much!

Hi, I'm an 18 year old female. My boyfriend and I have been sexually active for about a month now and all has been fine except for the fact that my boyfriend hasn't come even once! I've thoroughly enjoyed sex and he says he does too but...obviously not. So tonight I asked him about it and he says that he seldom ever comes during intercourse unless a condom is not worn. This makes sense to me, it would obviously feel better without it. He said that in NO WAY was he asking me if it would be alright for us to not use a condom during sex...but I would obviously like for both of us to enjoy sex. What are some equally safe alternatives in contraception to condoms? Has anyone else ever seen this problem in a guy? Any advice on what we can do?

prepaid phone

okay the cell phone i have right now is not a prepaid phone.
the battery is messed up and i know i could just get a new battery but i just want a new phone. and i dont want to buy it from alltel because i'd have to extend the contract and its not under my name, so i don't want to get into that. so i'v looked on craigslist and i am currently trying to find one on there. but i went to walmart today and they have prepaid phones for alltel. so if i bought a prepaid phone from walmart and didnt buy minutes on it and took it to the alltel store would they be able to flash over all of my contacts and service to the prepaid phone without that phone having prepaid minutes. i'v talked to the people at alltel and they said it would be free to ...

the guy i like is comin over for new years. we used to be best friends but we screwed up and we dont talk much at all i love him yet hate him... i called him he was shakin n he was tryin to find a excuse not to come and he said hed talk to me later. well it is later 4 hours ago. he wouldnt answer his cell or texts so i called his house n his brother answerd. is he avoiding me on purpose should i forget him whats wrong?

I grew up with this girl whom I always used to defend and then in middle school we parted ways, she dumped me but just for a year until she became like my stalker but i no longer want to be her friend. my friend thought this guy was hott and stuff and so we were both like YAH HES REALLY HOTT! then we go to this party and he's asking her for something and he mixes up her name and calls her brianna..or something like that. I kinda caught that she looked all embarassed so the other day she goes who would you make out with this year and i say him, and she's like he's not that great or anything. Is she just mad because ONE guy doesn't pay attention to her. Now she like puts him down all the time. She has to get it through her head that all guys won't like her. is that the case? she just doesn't like him because he doesn't even know who she is?

thanks for a lot for the help. it sucks like hell. i seem to have all the symptoms except i havent thrown up though ive felt like it about 3 times. ive felt like this for the past 3 days as well. on top of it i have my period so i feel bloated and crampy.. ugh this winter vacation (after xmas) has totally sucked cuz of it.

is there any site where i can read books online for free? i've googled it numerous times, but can only find things like shakespeare and classics, which aren't of interest to me at this point. i'm looking for more recent, popular books. but any help is appreciated.

I added this kid on myspace that I saw at a party and that I know goes to my school but Ive never spoken to before. So... yeah, he accepted my request and I want to send him a mesage but I don't know what to say. What should I say? And, I didnt actually talk to him at the party... or ever.
