working at coldstone creamery?

i'm looking for a job to pay for senior year expenses, and i was thinking about coldstone creamery. it sounds fun, and i love people, and can sing well. i heard that to apply, you have to, in a way, "try out"? and another thing, i have basically no arm strength, and as weird as it sounds, would that impact it in any way (since i'd be scooping out ice cream)? any help is appreciated (:

curvy like hers, and the other side is just pretty flat. I would like the curvy side to become like the other.
Here is what I try to do daily.
Eating
Eat breakfast(poptart & water)
Lunch(changes, but I always drink a juice)
Dinner(usually home made)
& I eat candy like once a month
Exercising

Outgoing much?

Im 15 a freshman in highschool. Im usually really extremly outgoing but for some reason this year im not. I hardly met any new people and i go a whole class period without talking. If you knew me youd be like nu uh haha. But yeah. Im determind this second semester to change. Im gonna do it. Im just so afraid that people will be like uhm eww? Haha i know paranoid. Just anyone have anytips on just letting loose being myself and being more outgoing? thanks so much!

I'm 14/f and recently my cousin was trying to get me to go out with this dude. And frankly, he doesn't seem to interest me at all. So this somehow ended up with me having until Thursday to choose whether or not to go with him. I was thinking of trying to get a person who I actually like during this time. Which means I need some way to socialize more. Or another way to get out of it is breaking it to the dude that I don't like him, and I have no idea how to do that without sounding like a...bitch. lol. So which should I do? Or is there another alternative? And whatever I do, is there any advice on how to make it happen with a positive outcome?

What's your advice on a relationship that has many many bad moments. The good moments are limited but when it's good, it's amazing. I'm not sure if it's worth staying in this relationship for the few amazing moments.

alright so i like this guy and well im not shure if he likes me.
ok so in school we have laptops and we all got an email address.
they told us not to email each other but hah we do anyways.
so my friend sits next to the guy i like & hes kept asking her to ask me if i thought he was cute er whatever. this was in study & i sit in back of him & he kept turning around at me and smiling? & then he kept bugging her about it and kept asking her. he only asked about me. so i dont know if he does or not. he just got out of a relationship w. his girlfriend like a couple weeks ago. Getting a friend back

this is going to sound incredibly stupid of me.. but im asking anyways
so... i have this friend that i was best friends with... she's really mad and should be after what i did. see, i have this drug problem and i've been working hard to stop and i did until two weeks ago i relasped. well... she found out and was like i warned you many times that if you did them again that i wouldn't talk to you. she isnt talking to me. so now i feel so stupid. i mean i've been calling and texting her... the whole nine yards to apologize. and i mean i know i like really messed up... so i need help finding a way to get her back... she doesnt go to my school either
