so i have to construct a scene from a book. i choose to pick faking 19. im going to do a boardwalk scene(like at the beach with a ferris wheel and cute little shops). im just not quite sure how to do that? like should it be in a shoe box? im not sure any advice would be great.

slow metabolism?

I was just wondering if I consistently eat 1500-2300 calories a day, but do not eat after 4 pm--then go to work for eight hours, then sleep, will it slow my metabolism? It is a physical labor job--medium intensity. I have been losing a bit of weight while doing that, but I was wondering if my body will adjust and slow the metabolism down. I have a naturally fast one so I do not want it to slow down. thanks for your help

I am a sixteen year old female, I am 5'4 (64 inches) and I weigh 109lbs. I am not fat but I would like to be on the more toned, healthy side since I eat really bad. I eat lots of greasy and sweet foods. It is really hard for me to commit to a good diet unless it is planned out at exactly the hour and day, every day of the week. I never have breakfast and when I do which is rare, I eat something like a snickers. I need a diet plan for every day of the week exactly planned out for me.
eg:
Monday
6AM - Glass of water, apple, toast?
8AM - Glass of water, (fruit, other food)?
TUESDAY
(ect.)
Also I need a plan on an exercise I can do that will not bore me and hurt a lot.

all right, i recently started to like my neighbor who is one year older than me. ive known him forever and ive never noticed how cute he was until now. were friends and we talk sometimes but i think he would only ever think of me as a friend. how do i get him to notice me? and how should i drop hints that i like him without telling him? and how do i know if hes flirting with me or not, because im really bad at telling if someone is with me. helllppppp!

Alright here is my situation.. first of all im not sure what section this was supposed to be in so im sorry if its in the wrong category. Anyways I moved from New York to Illinois after i graduated. I moved for my now ex boyfriend. He promised me a life and he would help but as soon as i got a thousand miles away from my family he changes and starts hitting me. I really like this guy and he is in my group for a class project. Yesterday, we had to get in our groups and most of our group was goofing off and not listening to what we were supposed to be doing. So him and I were basically the only ones working on the assignment.
Before any of this happened, I was so shy and I would never talk to him. I'd look at him but i'd never actually talk to him. Well I don't know what happened but suddenly I felt like my normal self when I was talking to him.
Is that normal to feel that way? because I thought you were supposed to be nervous when you're around the person you like but during that time period I felt normal.

Long story short: I fall for a guy. The guy ends up using me for physical stuff. I pretend I've completely gotten over guy. I'm a lier.
Guy once told me the hottest woman alive is this actor who once was one that 70's show. All I know about her is that she has red hair, and she's not DONNA. Does anyone have a clue? Or is there a complete list of all the guest stars they've had on the show somewhere? Cause I actually would waste whole weekend checking out all their pictures to see what he considered beuatiful. Irregular period for a LONG time.

Alright, I'm turning 16 in June.
I first got my period when I was 13, I think it only lasted 2 days.
I didn't get it again until I was 14, and I think it ran a normal course (somewhere between 5-7 days)
Then I got it about 3 times last year, one was really heavy, the other 2 were normal. The second one was around 28 days after the first one, so I thought it had finally become regular, but the last one was a few months later.
I also got it once at the start of this year, and it was really heavy.
Anyway, my question is, it's been nearly 3 years and my period is STILL irregular. I understand when you first get it it's irregular, but after such a long time is it normal or should I go get medical advice about it?

Where to buy a tutu-ish skirt?

Alright, so in a few months I'm going to this event and I thought of the perfect outfit. I know where to get everything, BUT the skirt :(
I was looking at buying one online somewhere, but I'm not allowed.

Alright so I have this fear of having a needle enter my body. It's not the pain that scares me it's just that someone is sticking a sharp object into me. I can't help that I'm scared of it. Before I get it done all I do is cry. My parents always tell me quit being a baby and suck it up. They don't understand. This really is something that bothers me. Also they have to hold me down to actually get the needle in me. I hate it soooooo much. I pray before I have to get anything done that god will help me and get me better. So what I am asking you is to give me some pointers to get overs this. Please I need serious help.
