Where to buy a tutu-ish skirt?
Alright, so in a few months I'm going to this event and I thought of the perfect outfit. I know where to get everything, BUT the skirt :(
I was looking at buying one online somewhere, but I'm not allowed.
I was looking at getting a skirt that's basically a tutu, sort of like this:

However I'd like it to be longer, obviously.
I know most of you live overseas so I'm not looking for an exact SHOP to buy one, but where do I start to look? I've looked at all the "alternative" shops, and they have nothing.
I live in Melbourne, Australia if it helps.
And I honestly don't care about the colour, it can be pink, white, red, purple etc for all I care. I just need a skirt that looks like a tutu.

i did that for halloween and it worked out well
hey, yeah my mom made it and she just bought the fabric and got like an outline on how to sew it. she used a sewing machine
