No, usually the guy doesn't get much pleasure. I can really only think of a few reasons of why he might want to finger a girl:
1. The hope that she'll do something in return. (Ie, handjob, blow job etc.)
2. Maybe he gets pleasure out of her moaning and such?
3. Just to be able to say "Yeah, I've fingered a girl," to his buddies. Macho stuff.
4. Or maybe, he actually likes the girl and he enjoys making her happy.
