I was just wondering if I consistently eat 1500-2300 calories a day, but do not eat after 4 pm--then go to work for eight hours, then sleep, will it slow my metabolism? It is a physical labor job--medium intensity. I have been losing a bit of weight while doing that, but I was wondering if my body will adjust and slow the metabolism down. I have a naturally fast one so I do not want it to slow down. thanks for your help

I have been drinking MonaVie for 5 weeks now and have already lost 4 pounds without even wanting to. Feel free to check it out at www.fresnojuice.com. I signed up as a distributor to purchase the juice for cheaper and I am even making money sharing it with friends and family. 4 ounces a day gets you 13 servings of fruits and vegetables. This is amazing stuff with great taste!! Let me know if you have questions.
TheAnnie answered Friday March 7 2008, 7:34 pm: actually, i've read that you should eat little amounts all throughout the day, like 6 times but not an actual meal. the reason for that is that your body is constantly working to break things like this down. your matabolism wont slow but its better to eat all throughout the day. dont worry, it wont slow down :) [ TheAnnie's advice column | Ask TheAnnie A Question ]
advicex answered Friday March 7 2008, 6:56 pm: Your metabolism shouldn't slow down. You seem like you do to much to make it do that, if at your job you didn't get a good enough workout, go home and run / workout . Or even cut down on the calories. If you have a natural fast one it won't slow down until your way older. [50+] normally. [ ♥ ] [ advicex's advice column | Ask advicex A Question ]
