Torn Muscles

Id never heard of this happening, but I am Pretty positive I've torn all the muscels in my stomach from WAY over excersising.

I can't stand up straight because it hurts so bad, when i stand up its excruciating. I know it will take time to heal this but I was wondering if there was some things I could do in the meantime to expend my mobility..

Any stretches or anything really.

I Really do need help!

Hi,I am 13 and I really need some help.
All of my friends have matured, and....they...look...drop...dead...gorgeuos.
But, then there is me, I have matured also(I have hips.I HATE them!) But that is the only place I have matured. I do not want to have a chest I just want to be tall (I am only 4'11)
and to have cheekbones.I am more of a round girl, and all the time I try to lose weight, I do but thenit never is the amount I want,and it comes back on. I just want to be the size that I was back in grade 6.
alright sorry for such a long introduction but, I think my real question is is it natural for in 1 year to go up 3 sizes in pants? Or ,4 depending on the pant.
My friends are all so nice like they gain ...

I need to lose 10 lbs could be 8 or 7.. and I have 1 week to do so. how can i possibly do this. i will do whatever i need to do? i have school from 7-230 and im free from then on and completely free on this weekend too. what do i need to do? ill even listen to the wildest suggestions. thank you

i want flat stomach,i tried running, dancing, jumping but whatever i try, no good. my stomach is my worst feature and i cant go to a gym

can you tell me an exercise routine that can get me a flat stomach?

I can't get motivated

Okay....

So when I was younger I did every sport under the sun. But now I am a teenager (16/f) and I found my true passion a few years ago: theatre! In fact, I'm not a fan of playing sports at all anymore.

The only problem is that I really am not happy with my body. I want to feel better about myself as far as being in good shape. But I'm not a big fan of physically activity so I can't motivate myself. I went to the gym this past winter with my friend and we did a lot of running and such which I was proud of. But then my spring schedule got busy with theatre rehearsals and I couldn't go anymore.

Now that summer is over, I just looked some pictures of my friends and I at the beach. Of course I am...

Need a work out plan.

Okay. I'm 20yrs old, Female, about 5'3ish and I weigh around 155. Most of my weight is in mystomachand love handle area, I just started walking, I can't really run, cause of my quick weight gain and it puts strain on my knees, I only I guess "speed" walk on a treadmill for abou 15mins. I'm also on the debo shot (been on it for almost a yr in Nov) and I know that makes you gain weight, so I plan on changing that also.
I just need to know of any good websites, that I don't have to pay for to help me with a meal plan. Keep in mind that my daily life is VERY different, I work a 3rd night shift and sleep during the day (not all day just from 8am-4pm, getting the full 8hrs) Or if there are any deits things I can buy to help me w...

After-school schedule?

16.F, Junior in high school to be.

Problem: I want to work out right after school so that I am energized to do all my homework and studying, but I would be sweaty after I work out and need to shower, chewing up valuable homework and study time; in any case, I would rather shower at night to relax my body and loosen up for bed.

Solutions that would not work:
- Working out at a different time. (I am most drained right after school. I can't work out in the morning since the elliptical is in my parents' room and I don't want to wake them up, and it wouldn't be healthy to work out after dinner since I would feel sick.)
- Taking two showers. (Again, chewing up valuable homework / study time, as well ...

does nayone know of any good diet pills that actualy work?

i am in a situation where I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT and do diet and excersize but i wouldnt mind diet pills

six pack without weight loss

5'3/108 pounds

to make a long story short im a recovering anorexic/bulimic
when i had to gain the weight it came back as extremely untoned as opposed to before when if you poked my stomach it was rock hard
i know the underlying muscle is still there, just covered by a layer of fat

i need an exercise/diet routine to follow to make it so i don't lose any weight but maybe take some inches off/get as close to a six pack as possible

How to loose leg weight fast without paying a lot of money

Im not fat, but my legs do carry a lot of my weight. ive been trying super hard to work it off( i eat very healthy, i run at 2 miles every day, i have volleyball practice for 3 hours and its all running). the weight just doesnt seem to go off. i really want to loose the weight because im starting high school and i dont want to be critized because of my legs. please help.

ok so i lift weights and stuff so i have good muscles cause my cousin is 20 and kind of like a role model to me, he does body building and i have started doing it so i have more muscles..right haha
so when i was about 11 i broke my left arm twice in the same year so i had to wear this cast up to just past my elbow and my right arm was used heaps more and now, when they are showing, my right arm has about 15 veins going up from about my wrist up to my elbow, and one going up to my shoulder and a few more going around.. ok so on my left arm there is only one or two veins going up from my wrist to my shoulder so how can i get as much veins in that arm
like what kind of exercises can i do

losing weight

i eat healthy and exercise regularly but im not entirely happy with my body. it sounds really shallow but occasionally people bring up comments that really hurt me.

my upper body im absolutely fine with but from my bust downwards i really dont like. i have a thin waist but i dont like the fat on my belly and my bums quite big :S my lower leg is quite thin but my thighs are really big. when i look to the side of me in the mirror i hate my body shape.

i dont know what to do to make me have the figure i want because i dont seem need to change anything as i am a healthy person, but im building up moe fat in the places i dont want.

please help.

ok so a bit about me.. im a hardcore cheerleader... welli try to be.
im also starting trampoliningand gymnastics soon.

the thing is, on wednesday i will be having a muscel biopsy.. which im some what scared of so anyone who has expirience of that.. a few words would help!!!

thebiopsy will be in my leg on my inner thigh.
im unsure of what i can do to keep my fitness... as good as i can after i have this biopsy.0 ive been told i wont be able to do sport for 2-3 weeks, but what do people suggest i could to to help mantain muscle in other areas of my body without using my legs?

so i always hear guys talking about how much they love girls with CURVES.

curves; what exactly is it? does it come from working out, is it just having more "meat on the bones?" i've always been tiny, and i can't seem to gain weigh nor get any curves like i wish i had.

okay im 18 years old and i weight 179. most of the weight is in my stomach & i hate it!!!! its flabby & i have love handles and it makes me feel so insecure. i tried the gym but it doesnt make me smaller jus make muscle where the fat is so its still jus as big. i even asked the pharmacist if any of the weight lost pills work and he basically told me no. idk wat to do please someone help me !!!!
