Try and eat around 1,300 to 1,500 calories a day. Also don't eat a lot of heavy stuff, totally take away red meats, bacon, breads, ramen noodles, salts, ice creams, candies, soda, potatoes, and fast foods.
Keep working out, do lunges, leg lifts, wall sits, and stand up on your heels and lower them back down over and over again (heelups).
If you do that and what your normally doing the weight should start to go down, drink a lot of water, and try www.sparkteens.com it's a really awesome website.
If you want to try this new drink called the celsius calorie burning drink, I saw it on the news the other day for how good of an energy/calorie burning drink it is. You drink it before you workout and it helps you burn an additional few hundred calories.

Hope I helped :)

Hey.
Well I probably shouldn't say this because it could be taken the wrong way, but if you decrease your calorie intake you will lose weight quicker. I'm not talking about anorexia, but being on a diet certainly couldn't hurt you.

Also, some people just have larger parts of their body naturally. Some have large breasts others and have large hips. Sometimes it's just the way our body is built.

I should also say that high school isn't that bad. I'm sure if you survived middle school you'll be able to deal with people in high school. If people do criticize you, then do your best to not pay attention to you. Having big legs is not a bad thing. I wouldn't worry so much about it.

Well anyways take care <3.
