belly fat !!!!

okay im 18 years old and i weight 179. most of the weight is in my stomach & i hate it!!!! its flabby & i have love handles and it makes me feel so insecure. i tried the gym but it doesnt make me smaller jus make muscle where the fat is so its still jus as big. i even asked the pharmacist if any of the weight lost pills work and he basically told me no. idk wat to do please someone help me !!!!

Start running every morning, also, start eating and drinking more nutriciously if you arent. Water is your best friend. :-) Do alot of abb workouts such as crunches, situps, planks, mountain climbers, etc. If you have a trampoline, that can really work out your abbs, even the wii fitness! You can definately loose the weight, you just need to get a workout routine together, and stick with it religiously. Good luck!!!!

Don't go on tablets it's pretty bad especially for your age and all.
I guess you can do crunches go for a run every day,and try cutting down on fatty food try to eat more vegies and fruits here are a few websites i found for you =]

Im sure your fine the way you are everyone is different. If you want to loose weight though a diet and exercise is the best. On your diet cut out all soda and drink more water and non fat milk. No more desserts and mid day/night snacks if you have those. Try morning walks thats exersising and getting ready for the day. If you dont loose any weight thats ok your fine the way you are!
