lose it fast

I need to lose 10 lbs could be 8 or 7.. and I have 1 week to do so. how can i possibly do this. i will do whatever i need to do? i have school from 7-230 and im free from then on and completely free on this weekend too. what do i need to do? ill even listen to the wildest suggestions. thank you

well if your a morning person you can go out jogging for about an hour or two depending on if you like jogging, sometimes going to the gym and working out on the treadmill that always helped me. or working out on the bicycle or going out bicycling for about an hour. all kinds of things like those could help you.

Put simply, you can't. If you get anywhere near the lowest of your numbers it will be mostly water loss and muscle loss. It really is not a good idea to try it. At best you will get nothing out of it.

So if you do happen to get some misguided wild suggestions, please do not listen to them.

I can give you normal weight loss advice if you want. But that won't get you past 2 lbs/ week.

Sorry, but thats just the way it is.
