I need to lose 10 lbs could be 8 or 7.. and I have 1 week to do so. how can i possibly do this. i will do whatever i need to do? i have school from 7-230 and im free from then on and completely free on this weekend too. what do i need to do? ill even listen to the wildest suggestions. thank you
Alin75 answered Thursday September 3 2009, 5:11 am: Put simply, you can't. If you get anywhere near the lowest of your numbers it will be mostly water loss and muscle loss. It really is not a good idea to try it. At best you will get nothing out of it.
So if you do happen to get some misguided wild suggestions, please do not listen to them.
I can give you normal weight loss advice if you want. But that won't get you past 2 lbs/ week.
