This was my answer to another question. But I would have said the same thing. It really works for me and I don't really ever diet. Just eat 3 meals a day and stop snacking. [ modelkate11's advice column | Ask modelkate11 A Question ]

try to change your diet a little. stay away from foods that can slow your heart down such as candy, cup noodles, soy sauce, fried foods, and stuff like that. and you have to work for it and not be lazy. run for about 10 min a day without stopping. then rest. then do alot of sit ups and leg raises, i mean alot. alot of people say situps dont help, BULLSHIT. theyre just lazy. just work at it and keep doing exercises until you think about it in your sleep. when you wake up a week later, your stomach will get flatter. It worked for me :) [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
