I want to lose 10 pounds by august 27. If I drink lots of water walk 4 miles and eat very healthy do you think can? Any other good wAys to lose weight???
Katlyn answered Monday August 17 2009, 10:55 pm: Diet is the only way to get results like that cut out all the sugar and oily foods from your diet so no candy, fast food or soda or anything with sugar or oily stuff in it and you should lose alot of weight its not going to be easy but it will work so stick to it and dont give up.
