eye makeup

does anyone know a realllly really good concealer or cover up the covers up under eye bags? im 16/f and i have hereditery eye bags so no cream gets rid of it, ive tried the best of the best. and i get a lot of sleep and drink tons of water, so nothing like that works. so i was wondering if you had any tips or any good cover ups for me, thanks in advance!

tampons

i've had my period for a while now and have always used pads, but i really want to use tampons. they just seem so much easier. i've tried inserting them before, but i'm having a little bit of trouble. it won't go all the way in. there's always like half an inch of the tampon sticking out after i take away the applicator. i can't push it in anymore because it hurts. i'm following all the instructions they give you and i don't think i'm doing anything wrong, it just won't go in. any tips on how to do it? and how can i get it to go ALL THE WAY in?

i started puberty when i was 9 and am 17/f now. when would it be okay to have corrective surgery/plastic surgery done on the face to fix my jaw? when do my bones stop growing?

Cults are confusing

Hello, I have been on a vaction to another country and they have a very wierd culture because when my father and I were there and the children were forced to hold thier urine. I thought that this was very dangerous and sad. But the Man of the house said that it was a form of discipline and to teach the women and children respect. Half of the children were crying in pain from having held thier urine for multiple hours without a break. Has anyone ever heard of this religion. I have been looking for an answer but ahven't found one yet.

Okay I aready wrote this question, but im giving more infomation, and needing more advice and sorry its so long. So im a freshman in high school, and over the summer i met a Junior that goes to my school. We had a thing over the summer (2007), and well into the school year. We would hang out and hook up and everything seemed great. Before him i was in very serious relationship for about a year 1/2. I live in a small town of 1200 in the middle of nowhere. I hate it here. I'm destined to be somewhere else like Hollywood. I know I can make it there, but I just need help getting there.
First off my parents tell me I won't make it and I know they won't help me pursue my dreams. I won't give up. I will do it on my own, but I'm not sure how just yet. So what is the best way about this to go? I want to be an actress. Is it better for me to try and get an agent? Acting classes? I need all the information I can possibly get about anything that pertains to acting in Hollywood.
Second, how do I get my parents to believe in me?

so i was holding my boyfriends hand yesterday and like i guess you could say he falls into the stereotype of punk.. and like he always wears arm sweat bands but on his wrist and it was moved up onto his arm yesterday and i happened to look down at his wrist and theres like scars .. i saw 3 on 1 wrist and then i looked at his other one and there was 2 does anyone think maybe this is just a coincidence?? or do you think there from cutting like im so confused and i really hope he didn't but like its just ironic how its there what should i do? i dont think i should address him about it but.. i just dont know ah help?

Spotty legs!!!

After my daily shaving, I see hair spots (they're black) from where my hair was-I think it's because I don't get the root when I shave. I've used SO many razors, and the same thing happens. It doesn't look like I shave, but it still really smooth. It's so UGLY.
Will waxing it help?
Any other solutions to this pesty problem?

i can only find information online about male betta fish which will fight each other if they're in the same tank but i have 3 female betta fish and the females don't fight each other but basically what i need is a beginner's guide to taking care of these little fish because i've never had anything other than a gold fish.

Thumb Drive Problems

I have borrowed a Thumb Drive (if that's what they're called)...
And I need to save something (specifically a PowerPoint) onto it, but I don't know how. Any Step-By-Step, on how to?
And I also would like to know if you don't have Microsoft PowerPoint (2003) downloaded/on your computer, can you still work on your PowerPoint if you save it on the Thumb Drive and onto the computer that doesn't have PowerPoint?
If yes, How?!

Troublesome Thighs and belly!

Okay, so i've been running every day (7/10 of a mile) with my dog. Also, i play softball (RF), and every night before i go to bed, i do at least 30 seconds of wall sits, push-ups, sit ups, and jog in place for 45 seconds. I want to totally slim down my thighs and my stomach for bikini season, and I haven't noticed much of a difference since I started about 2 weeks ago. I eat healthy..or so at least i try. PLEASE HELP! What can I do to slim down!?
