Okay, so i've been running every day (7/10 of a mile) with my dog. Also, i play softball (RF), and every night before i go to bed, i do at least 30 seconds of wall sits, push-ups, sit ups, and jog in place for 45 seconds. I want to totally slim down my thighs and my stomach for bikini season, and I haven't noticed much of a difference since I started about 2 weeks ago. I eat healthy..or so at least i try. PLEASE HELP! What can I do to slim down!?

The running is excellent, and softball is a good workout. However, try doing more sets of those sit ups and such. For the best results, I recommend joining a gym and using the weight machines.
