ok summers coming up and i want to lose some weigh. im not fat. im a soccer player. im about 5'5 or 5'6 and today i asked 5 friends how much they think i weighed. they all said around 120. and thats what i look like. but i weigh like 157. because..well im going to tell you the flat out truth. i have a big butt and big boobs. so that adds weigh. i have big thighs because of soccer and i have a little tummy fat but i have abs under it.(you can like feel them if you push down.) and i have a little fat on my sides. i look like im about 16-18. well iv never been big on swimming because of these things and this year my friends want to go swimming alot. so my questions are;

losing weight in 4 weeks

how much weight would I lose WITHOUT replacing it with muscle in 4 weeks?? I am going swimming with all my grade in 4 weeks and i really really wanna lose some weight! I am planning on doing AT LEAST 10-15 minutes of Cardio everyday (keep in mind i also have to study for exams, and work, so please dont tell me I have to work more) so yeah do you think I'm gunna do good?? Im REALLY working to target me inner thighs, can I tone those in 4 weeks?? Thanks :)
any other tips feel free to tell me
PS I know you cant spot-reduce, but please help me on this one :)

whenever i push the applicator up to get the tampon in, it hurts. not in my vagina, but it's like a sucking-in feeling right below my stomach. but it's just flat out uncomfortable.. is this normal?

Im going to high school next year and ive never had a boyfriend. Im the kind of girl that is friends with a lot of people and a lot of guys. I really need someone to love me im becoming very depressed. Im bipolar and I just don’t think there is any hope for me. My best friend and I used to like eachother then everything went wrong and we hated eachother but now its back to just friends although we never even talk anymore. gaining to much weight real quick

I used to be the real skinney girl like 3 months ago. I gained 15 pounds and went from a size 3 to a 7. I eat perfect im always outside runnin or sumfin and I work out. How could that all happen so fast? I hate it, its summer and I look gross in my swim suit I usually live at the pool but I doubt ill be goin much anymore :(. Is there anything like sickness or anything that could do that, although that may sound stupid as hell lol. But I eat very good and exercise a lot and its not muscle, my mom doesn’t know either. it shouldnt be good to get this much bigger that quick.

I graduate eighth grade soon I have 2 school days left then a week of ceremonies and school parties and my graduation. The high school im going to next year already hates me, the teachers and a lot of the kids. I don’t really do anything wrong. Im just really hyper then depressive but i probly am bipolar I just don’t wantme to be labled bipolar and be on medicines although itd help so much. One of the sports im tryin out for is cheerleading and people say im the opposite of a cheer leader but I did it this year, they say ill change the whole meaning of a cheerleader whatever if its good or bad idc but I will have fun at that HEHE. I don’t wana say im gothic but I love the gothic stuff and culture just ta give ya the pica. Im so afraid...

Ive became real close friends with this girl again we were like two years ago. She cuts, burns, smokes and drinks. I used to cut and burn and still drink. i was addicted to smoke but not me smoking I cant stand it seventeen of my relatives have died from the things that come from smoking I cant stand it. Long story but cutting is her sanctuary it’s a habit since shes been in 5th grade. Ive been talking to her a lot about it. Shes been in rehab and hospitalized few times. Ok so my best friends little brother keeps kissing or making out with his guy friends, he is eight. Im over their house more than mine. i have nothing against gay people but how do we get him to stop!? I don’t want him to turn out gay. i just broke up with my boyfriend and i realized how pathetic i was, i devoted my whole life to him and became so codependent. now im deciding to grow from this and become more independent. what are some songs that have to do with being independent and finding myself? music helps keep me inspired =]

I'm trying to understand how my boyfriend is thinking, and even though you guys aren't him, let's just say this was you. There are a couple of things he's done in the past years and I want to know what his motives were.
