When every nerve ending in your body suddenly feels like it's tingling, and you're possibly (probably) out of breath, that's an orgasm. I'd say most girls can't hide their orgasms well, especially not their facial expressions. Guy's orgasms aren't really as exciting as girls (to me at least). When a guy has an orgasm (well, I don't know for sure, I don't have a penis) I imagine it feels just as good for them as it does a girl, and then they jizz. :]
My boyfriend thinks it's sexy as hell to get me all worked up, and feels like like f'ing man when he makes me orgasm. :] [ killerface's advice column | Ask killerface A Question ]

or in another terms, it's something that happens when you're being sexually stimulated & a peak is reached.
a girls orgasm isn't very noticeable other than the fact that her vagina repeatedly tightens very rapidly.
a guys is more obvious, because once he reaches his peak, he ejaculates (white cum comes out of his penis)
of course boys like it when girls have an orgasm because they feel as if they accomplished that for the girl.
orgasms, of course, are very enjoyable.
for girls they are almost impossible to explain how they feel. but when you get one, you know. [ karisue's advice column | Ask karisue A Question ]
