Next year I'll be on the tennis team for my high school. This summer I'm planning on practicing my tennis at least 3-4 times a week for about 1.5- 2 hours each time outside at a local tennis court. I'll be practicing with an experienced friend of mine, so he'll be able to challenge me as far as the practice goes. I want to hopefully get rid of a little fat on my legs and arms and build some healthy muscle. I'm going to try and eat better, but judging just from the exercise I'll be doing, is it practical that I'll be able to gain some muscle by the end of the summer?
Also, how long would it take to see results if I'm about 5' 7" and 135 pounds doing this kind of exercise.

So heres the story i like this guy and he's completly amazing.[[thats the only way to decribe him]] but my problem or shall i say problems are one of my realli good friends likes him to, only she talks about him like she only wants him like in a sexual way. Other problems are he just got out of a relationship. he only dated her for like 2 months and she broke up with him for another guy and was a witch about it but hes still upset.
Anyway back to my friend she says she likes him more than just cause hes hot but it really doesnt seem like it to me. Do you think it's right for my sister who is 3 yrs younger (I'm 59) to insist my grandchilren (5&4)call her GRANDMA instead of AUNT? She married my ex-husband 6yrs ago. She has 6 grandchildren of her own! I realize her husband is their grandfather and I divorced him so he says she can do whatever she wants but she is their aunt and they are confused because everyone refers to her as two different people. I have let my feelings be known and I feel it's in bad taste and disrespectful to me but also it's causing problems in my big family. Should I let it go?

My computer has the trojan horse virus. there are just pop ups trying to get me to buy spyware, and it is going very slow. I heard there was a way to clean out your computer to get rid of the virus. can anyone write down the steps to do so? thanks

friend in trouble

15/f. So I have this friend, and previously shes been abused by her dad. Now this was a long time ago but i dont know what is happening right now. But lately I've been worried, she told my other friend (us two are the only ones who know about the situation with her dad), that she has thought about suicide before.
Now I know this sounds really mean, but I wasn't too worried before, because this friend likes to make people feel bad for her, and she usually exaggerates things a bit. And I know that is a terrible excuse but now I am starting to get really worried. What should I do? If I were to tell anyone who would I tell and how would I go about doing it? Should I tell a councilor or policeman or write a letter?
Any advice is helpful, thanks.

Air conditioning Problem 96 Cavalier

I have a 96 Cavalier. The A/c will not work, but the heat and blower work just fine. My Father looked at it and thought the problem might be a low Freeon situation. But a bottle and a half of dyed freeon later (no leaks or anything came up) and it's still unbearable to drive anywhere because it is so hot out with out an A/C.
I have a baby due in July and I do not want to drive around in a hot car with a newborn. Any advice?

Cramps?

I keep getting muscle cramps in my lower calf.
It happens at night, like recently, it's been every night :\
I wake up due to killing calf muscle cramps, like they almost make me cry.
What could be causing this? :\

im brie and im 14.
ive cut for like 2 years. i dont really know y i started but i was depressed. my parent found out a few months ago, my dad made me go see a shrienk and I HATED IT! talking about y i was doing it just made me want to do it even more. i havent cut in like 2 weeks but i get urages(sp?) alot and its gettin harder to not do it. my 2 best friends do it but they have and r still trying to get me to stop.its easy to talk to them because they know wht its like. ive never passed out or anything like that and i want to keep it that way. But its like something happens i cut then i say i wont do it again, but then i end up doing it anyway.

alright so im a 16/f and I need some help to rock my bathing suit.
to start with, im a little on the hair side, so i was wondering how to i get rid of the little hair on my stomach and possibly other places?

My friend Viktor, is 10 (I'm 14). He has informed me that he has started to drink alcohol (he's 10). And I'm really worried because it's only 10.

okay well me and this kid Frank have become VERY close during school. and i mean we pretty much have a little "thing" but we are both scared to admit our feelings to eachother. but you can tell its pretty obvious. anyways, im afraid that when summer starts we are NEVER going to talk to eachother. cause the only time i talk to him is ONLY in school, never out of school. He doesn't have a cell phone so i cant text him. he does come online and when he does we talk for a very long time. Im jsut scared cause last year the same exact thing happened to me except with this kid matt.
