I am sixteen years old, 5’6, and I weight 186 lbs. I know I am over weight and am trying to change that. What are some beneficial exercises I can do? I would like to lose thirty pounds total and I have little time. I know I need to change my eating habits to and am currently trying to eat only 1500 calories a day. Any tips or suggestions would be great:)

Do most children stay in a child's place?

What do you think about the children who come to this site, at the ages of 12-14 asking sexual questions? Questions that aren't educational, yet nasty, disrespectful, and questions which tell their age? Are you comfortable as adults answering them or would you rather them not be able to ask those type of questions on this site?
The morals of our youth today really concern me. For the most part, it's not 100% about the question, it's about the words they chose to use while asking it. This is why there are so many STD's, AIDS, teen pregnancies today. It saddens me that some of the questions deal with anal sex, oral sex, size of penises, except they use the D word and P word. I had no idea of what some of these things even mea...

my two dogs

Yesterday my two dogs got in a big fight in the backyard when I wasn't home. one is pit-bull cross with rhodesian ridgeback, the other pit and border collie cross. The neighbor told me that they fought for 30 minutes and my dog, (the ridgeback) had the other by the neck for a long time. the border collie cross is very injured today, and the other has minor injuries. There was another time about 4 months ago when it went the other way around and the border collie tore a chunk of ear off my other dog. Normally, they get along great, sleep together, play, swim together. they are very nice to humans, and obedient. My ridgeback did snap at my son once however (now both dogs are only allowed in the house at night and when my son naps). i ...

ok so im a 15 year old girl and my last period was may 12 and my period b4 that was on April 11 and this month was on the 14 so ive had my period sense i was 11 years old so its about time it gets regular rite? or am i just messed up like should i be put on birth control i heard that helps or something. and does birth control make u gain weight becuase if thats the case then forget it!!! im not having sex or anything so there is deffinately no reason why im all weirded with my period schedule it pisses me off bcause i dont know when its coming its like a stupid surprise!

I am 17 years old. I was 16 when this happened, i went to Andover, Ohio with a friend to get her computer fixed. (an hour and half away) My father new, who i was with, where i was at, and had a number to get a hold me at. He called the cops on me because i didnt get home until late it took for ever to fix her computer. He told the cops he didnt know were i was he didnt have a number to reach me. ( it was in his cell phone and written on the board at my house.) basically claimed i was missing. when i returned home i got out of a car in my parking lot and walked to my door and a cop pulled up who had been sitting in the parking lot waiting. well now i have to go to court on monday.

hi. i'm 16/f about to be 17.
and i've come to realize that i'm a very jealous and greedy person. but the worst part is i hide it. like i care so much about my friends but when their not with me and with someone else that makes me mad. espically my best guy friend. it annoys me when he talks to little freshmen sluts who think he's hot or hang out with my other girl friends. and then i also have come to notice that i'm really greedy. i want the technolgoly out there. i'm constatly wanting new things, wanting more money. and i hateee that i'm jealous and greedy. but idk how to change it. when i start to get that feeling i'm stop and think and try and stop myself from feeling this way but i don't know how to. so if you know what to stop ...

okay so i had unprotected sex the 4 of june. my period started about 5 days before that and continued 3 days after. What i would like to know is if i really did get pregnant (on the 4th) would i still have had my period for the rest of those 3 days or would it have stopped??
