I'm having trouble with forgetting somethong that is making me feel uneasy

I know that as you read this you'd probably think that I'm weird but this problem is costing me valuable hours of sleep and i feel that if this continues my health will be in jeopardy.I'm having problems with forgetting something. I recently watched an anime series called ~ef~ a tale of memories. I dont normally watch these kinds of anime but i found myself finishing the whole series. Now the problem comes in.These past few weeks scenes from the anime just keep getting into my mind and i can't seem to shrug them off. Every time I remember that anime I feel uneasy. Its like theres a nagging feeling at the back of my head which then moves to my chest. Remembering makes me very uneasy to the point that I cant get enough sleep for weeks now. I'...

getting over my ex bf

16/f this boy and i went out for 1 yr 4 mo. I was really in love with him. Some things drove me crazy about him, truly, but I was sure I was going to be with him forever, or close to it.
Last weekend he broke up with me. It was unexpected on my side but apparently he had been "done" for awhile. For the past week things have been very amicable between us. We've talked almost every night. We still called each other our pet names like baby and darling. We still told each other we loved each other.
Until today, when his brother convinced him that that's not good for a just friends relationship (in fact, my other good guy friend and I tell each other we love each other all the time.) So he won't say it ...

i no a lot of people who do and stuff
but my sister has some waxing stuff
and i was wondering which would be better...
and would waxing hurt really bad?
i prefer the easier and faster way to do it so any recommendations or comments?

i am completelyyy in love with my boyfriend. i know this for a fact and am not afraid to say it ! so i have a few questions i hope i can get solid honest answers to. i admit to being very unexperienced, but hey, you have to start somewhere.
1) we are both virgins, does this mean we can't get an STD?
2) when giving him head, do i HAVE to swallow?
3) also when giving him head, would a condom be useful?

Well, I was always the girl who loved school. I had a lot of friends and always had something to do. I had this best friend and me and her was with eachother 24/7. She was like my sister. Well things happened and we kind of drifted apart. She started talking mad crap about me, and made the entire school hate me & want to fight me. I didn't do anything wrong to her. She just got a little jealous when I started dating my boyfriend. Now she keeps sending me threatening e-mails and I don't know what to do about this. I've ignored her, and tried to forget about it but she just won't let it go. It's getting ridiculous. Please any advice besides telling someone or turning her in.

Exercise and Air Conditioning?

So, I'm just now starting to work out more, and I'm getting a Gazelle(which is tony little's newest exercise machine) and an exercise ball.
But ANYWAYS, I'm also getting a window unit(air conditioner) for my room, because my room is SO hot, and I hate heat, but i love being cold. But my friend said that being cold while I'm exercising won't do any good, and I'll be working out for nothing. But I think that it'll be better, because it takes more energy to warm you up, so it burns more calories. but idk, can anyone help em with this? haha.

so i dated this guy for a year and a half, imoved and we fell apart.. but we both stil always loved eachother. never stopped loving eachother..and now he is dating this new gurl. and he told me he lost feelings for me. right after he heard from my x that i did stuff with him,and it wasnt true, and now he is acting al in love wit his new gf and he is tellin her that i keep calling him and all this dumb garbage.. my question is ..do u think he stil loves me deep down inside

ok so this guy has asked me out at least 4 times in the same semester of school and i said no to all of them and i wanted to say yes but i never had a boyfriend and he has ALOT of experience and i really like him, skool just ended and i found out he is leaving the skool so i still talk to on myspace (btw i never talked to him at skool)so he like says Damn u look fine in that picture and i love it when he says that so like i want to go out with him but he is going to a differnet skool. Wasp Nest (AGAIN)!

Bipolar

Alright.
Is there a way you can know if your bipolar or not without going to the doctors?
I really think I am. I mean I'll be all happy and fine one minute and then someone will say something and I'll go quiet and not laugh or say anything. Or I'll be sitting in my room singing and just messing around and then i'll just suddenly stop and start crying (most of the time for no reason, or a really stupid reason like my boyfriends not around). I just dont know what to do anymore. It really kills me and I know it messes up my boyfriend.
Does it sound like im Bipolar to you?
So another question I guess would be how do I bring it up to my mom if I need to go to the doctors to find out?
And how exactly do they know?

This guy and i work together. Im 18, he's 20.
We kinda had our first date and that was going downtown and going to a movie after getting to know each other after a while talking downtown.
We still dont know each other too much. He said he had a good time and gave me a kiss on the head before leaving. We both had a good time from what i know.
I asked him to hang out tomorrow, but what should we do? I think ill have to decide bc i asked him to hang out. I dont want him to spend too much money because he will spend money all because he's the guy.
I was thinking just going to the park, him and I. Just hanging out and getting to know each other more or just spending time together but...
