wet seal has a link on their page to print out a coupon and get a free tank top.
are there any other clothing stores doing this?

Aeropostale did it back a few months ago, but as far as google tells me [and trust me, I looked about 10 pages in] no one else really does it.

All that came up was Wet Seal.
