Wasp Nest (AGAIN)!

Question Posted Sunday June 29 2008, 10:46 pm

I had a wasp nest above my back door a few weeks ago. So I knocked it down. Well guess what? They're rebuilding it. OMG! Wasp are pesky. How do I get rid of a Wasp nest that keeps coming back?

I've seen people use bear mace to get rid of wasps. I've never tried it myself, but it seems to drive them away pretty quickly, and the residue it leaves behind will prevent them from building in that area again.

Lol knocking it down won't do much. It only makes them angrier ;]

From there:

4. Getting Rid of Wasp Nests

Any nest near a high traffic area like a playground or entrance way should be destroyed whether it is below or above the ground. The safest way to get rid of an underground nest is to get a certified exterminator to do the job.

If you can't afford the exterminator, which I know is expensive, you should get the spray that you can buy at pretty much any store, and spray the nest, from a small distance, either at night or in the early morning. Eventually the wasps should die.

If the nest keeps coming back, I would ask your parents to hire that exterminator to do the job right ;]
