I miss being strong

When I was younger, I used to be of such unshakeable faith in myself. No matter how hard things got, or whatever befell me, I always kept trying.
I'm still trying, but I lost so much faith my ability to succeed. And I'm worried I'm becoming a jaded cynic.
How, besides actually really succeeding at something, can I regain my confidence and faith in myself?

hey so one of my best friends always seems unhappy. like when i see her in class or in the hallway she just looks really pissed / sad. so, naturally, i ask her what's wrong and she gets annoyed because it's just her natural expression. but sometimes, she tells me something that's bothering her. i don't want to constantly ask, "what's wrong?" cause i can see why that's annoying and yeah i'm not expecting her to be smiling 24/7 but how am i supposed to distinguish between when she's just neutral or when she's mad / sad? do you really think that's her natural expression... ? like she beams when she's laughing but otherwise she just looks pissed, and this is especially frustrating for me when i comment on som...

I have been driving myself nuts looking all over the internet looking for this donnie darko quote! i can't find it anywhere. It's weird. It's a quote that Donnie's dad says to him. It's about how people will look down on you, or try to keep you down or think you're weird, etc. something like that. and then it ends with him saying "..and what do you say to them? F**K YOU!" I just really am about to spill. I don't have many friends I can share this with. So please help me!
To start I'm completly in love with my ex. We went out for 6 months and after ending it, not wanting to be friends, 6 months later, I'm still obsessed with him, and still unsure of the reason we ended it.

How do I get rid of wrinkles?

I am only 17 and have wrinkles on my face. The really noticeable wrinkles are my forehead wrinkles. It's really embarrassing to be so young with wrinkles.
I tan a lot and my mom said it was probably from that. I heard that tanning (especially excessive tanning) could cause wrinkles but I figured I wouldn't have them until I was older.
My forehead wrinkles look similar to this (only I'm a girl):

Is there anything I can do to make my forehead wrinkles go away? I know there are anti-aging wrinkle creams but I don't know if it would help since I'm so young. What is the best wrinkle cream to use?

hey theree..
so..im 14/female.
and latley, i've been breaking out ALOT. i cant seem to make my acne no away. i've NEVER had this bad of acne. ill get really bad acne around my forhead or my nose or cheeks. and they're really bad. i started re-using Klear Action. it worked really really well when i was younger..but it seem's to just be making me break out even more.
i just started high school..im a freshman. so could it maybe be stress? i just got done with my period. so i know that it cant be that.
and also..are they're any at home thing's that i can do to keep it under control? my mom just today bought me a new face wash from clean and clear and a spot treatment.

My mom can't urinate and is pregnant. What is it and should she seek help?

My mom is pregnant with a boy (her first boy). She's 36 weeks pregnant now. She's having some really hard problems today and I thought I'd post it on Advicenators to see if someone could help her cope or tell her what is going on.
She says that her vagina hurts a lot and almost feels like it's on fire. This pain is causing her to be unable to pee on her own. My mom said it hurts so much that she feels like she just can't let go of the muscles to go pee. She simply cannot relax.
The more she tries to go, the more it hurts. She says it's not like a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) as she's had them before. There isn't anything to cause the burning like a UTI because she cannot even start.

Can people get worms from pets?

I have a Maine Coon cat that I recently took to the veterinarian for a check-up, really. I just wanted to make sure my Maine Coon cat was healthy. :)
The Vet looked at my Maine Coon cat and did a few swabs and such. They told me that my Maine Coon cat had worms! It was okay though because they gave me some cat dewormer, and enough cat dewormer in case this happened again.
I was wondering something very strange though. Can I get worms from my Maine Coon cat? The cat has obviously had these more than just today so do I need to find some sort of dewormer for me to use too?

How do I prepare for an interview at WalMart?

I was trying to find a job recently and put in job applications to all sorts of places I thought might be hiring. I know lots of places are currently hiring holiday help since Thanksgiving and Christmas are approaching. I put in applications to WalMart, KMart, Target, Fashion Bug, and Dollar General.
I got a call back this morning from WalMart. WalMart wants me to come in for an interview! I am excited and nervous but I've never had an interview before for WalMart.
What is an interview at WalMart like? What sort of questions does WalMart ask during an interview? Will I need to bring anything in particular to my WalMart interview? How should I dress for an interview at WalMart? Is there anything I need t...

Okay so my friend Anna moved away a few years ago. While she was here she had a best friend Stephanie. Right before Ana Left her and Stephanie got in a huge fight and never talked again.
