I just purchased a double bass pedal. Well not only can I get the timing right but I also get exhausted from using it!
Any tips are welcome.
Like doing certain exercises at the gym?

Iam a 19 year old female and lately for some reason I don't know why one minute i'll be all smiles and laughing and then the next minute i'll be crying as hard as i can cry. Then when I try to go to sleep I can't sleep becouse I have so much going around in my head untill I can't sleep;.Also every little thing seems to make me mad no matter how small it is. I don't know what to do what's wrong with me?

How can I convince my mom to let me go with my bfs church group to a trip?

Im 17 female i really want to go to a trip that my bf is going to with his church group. I´ve been locked up all christmas vacation and i havent seen him in ages. My mom really doesnt like him at all in fact she even asked me to dump him. I really want to go...its a church thing and there´s obviously going to be adult supervision and its free...for me at least. She might say that all of this religious thing is bolony but my bf is really religious he always tells me to pray to god for things to get better and says a lot of things that my religious granpa says. so this guy and I went out for a really long time/abt a year. we broke up and its been four months and his girl cheated on him now he's running to me....He tells me that he would think of me a lot when he was with other girls...i don't know wether or not to believe him....i'm not sure if he's running back because he realizes what he lost, or is because he's just tryna forget about his ex through me.....i decided that i don't wanna be involved with him in that relationship way ever again because its too much....What do you guys think about this situation?

my hair

I got my hair hilighted recently and i don't like it that much. My hair is dark brown and she put bright blonde streaks and it looks weird when i have it in a pony tail because the colors are so different and they contrast so much. I don't hate it, i just kinda wish i had my old hair back. She also didn't get all they way to my scalp in some places so when i wear it how i ususally wear it, you can see the big chunk she missed. I can't go back there because it is a long way away and nobody in my family knows how to do those home dying kits. I'm scared when i go back to school nobody will like it. It's not the worst but def. not the best either! What do i do? I can't get it re dyed because that would cost to much! thanks!

My brother is a loser and I need advice!

I'm a single mother of two kids, working full-time and going to college part-time. Through the years since I've been divorced, my little brother moved in with me to help me out. My parents bought a house and rent it to us. We split the rent and all bills evenly.
In September of this year, my brother lost his job. Since the economy is so bad, he's had a really hard time finding work, and takes whatever job he can to make extra cash, but can't seem to find a full-time job. So, for the past 4 months, I've been paying all of his bills, except for rent. He's racked up about $800 that he owes me. And I'll probably never see a dime of that.
He helps out sometimes, by watching my kids for me while I run to the...

My stomace been felling werid past week at night's and i also been feeling like thoughing up in the morning's and in the after noon's and sometime's at night's and i been getting so tiered alot lately also and to day i went to the bathroom and when i pooping it was hirting so after word's i check and half of it was light brown then the other half was dark brown and i saw some blood in with the poop and am scare cause my grandfather had something like that before he pass away and i don't no why i feel like this way lately i feel like crappy but i really don't no what it could be and i hope that you could give me some answer's that could help me like i said i no that it run's in my family but i never ask them what it mean's cause i never thin...

last night i ordered shrimp for the first time. it was really tasty! but afterwards it kind of made my stomach hurt and i got a headache. i actually ended up throwing up later that night most of what i ate! my mom said its probably because ive never had it before and your actually not suppose to eat shrimp because they are toxinous or something? she said they clean out the ocean or something like that. why are you not suppose to eat shrimp is my question? is my mom right

Avoid Losing my Voice

i have big plans for newyears eve 2morro and i fear that i am going to lose my voice. i have a cold and everytime i have a cold i end up losing my voice because i can not breath out of my nose so i breath out of my mouth. i usually end up losing my voice. what can i do to avoid this so i dont have to cancel my BIG plans for newyears? Please help

Weight loss.

I don't really know much about weight loss so help me out. When you eat less / better / drink more water, you start losing fat right? Well does your face lose weight also? That would mean like your chin and cheeks right? What about your nose haha? Do you have to excersize as well, or can you just eat less. I'd be very happy if someone gave me some tips and facts =)

So this guy has a crush on me and he's not afraid to show it. He's starting to scare me... He asked me to homecoming and i said no because i had this date...he immediatly sign out of msn and then at school he looked pissed and he was like so who asked you before me and stuff and i told him and hes like why him hes a jerk!a jackass! i just walked away.
