I got my hair hilighted recently and i don't like it that much. My hair is dark brown and she put bright blonde streaks and it looks weird when i have it in a pony tail because the colors are so different and they contrast so much. I don't hate it, i just kinda wish i had my old hair back. She also didn't get all they way to my scalp in some places so when i wear it how i ususally wear it, you can see the big chunk she missed. I can't go back there because it is a long way away and nobody in my family knows how to do those home dying kits. I'm scared when i go back to school nobody will like it. It's not the worst but def. not the best either! What do i do? I can't get it re dyed because that would cost to much! thanks!

I pinned my bangs up on top my head into different cute styles to hide the fact, until i could get it fixed. You can call local hair salons and find out how much money it would be to Strip your hair ( meaning they take the dye out of your hair) a friend of mine had it done when she had some random idea to dye her hair black and then she hated it.
If wanting to dye it from home you use foil, go to stores likes sallys beauty salon ( i think you can look online for that store) get the cup and dying brushes. you get the color you want and bleach... the woman at the store will help you out on what ones to buy. you mix and part your hair and dye the roots. and foil it. take and blow dryer and hold on over the foil getting it hot so it works a bit faster keep it on until its the right shade you want. i would ask the woman who dyed your hair what shade of blonde she used so you dont end up with two different shades. good luck.
