Then when I try to go to sleep I can't sleep becouse I have so much going around in my head untill I can't sleep;.Also every little thing seems to make me mad no matter how small it is. I don't know what to do what's wrong with me?

First of all, If you are under a lot of pressure, and stress i would seek a doctor. There might be a chance of a little depression. I was like this. I was always smiling and laughing and looked happy. But then one day, i was sitting with my friends and laughing, and suddenly out of the blue i started to cry, and cried for 1 and half an hour.

You should see a council, or at least talk to a friend if something is going on. if you are feeling sad. I would hurry, so it wouldn't get any worse.

Someone's teenage angst is catching up with them. It's either that or, as Jack said, you might have bipolar disorder. You should probably go to a doctor and see if you need some medication. However, if you get put on meds, be aware of how you're feeling. My brother was put on bipolar meds and it turns out he wasn't really bipolar, so they made him depressed. If you feel worse within a month or two of taking the meds, go back to your doctor and ask him about it. Hope I helped!

Either you're just a normal teenager or you have the beginnings of bipolar disorder.

But I am certainly not a doctor and I cannot diagnose you.

What I suggest is try to control your emotions yourself, and if that doesn't work, go see a doctor, because maybe they can help?
