hey im terribly surrering from being overweight for about 1 year. ive tried many diets and other formulas and none of them helped! what should i do?!!!!!!!!

Ok, this may seem like a pretty stupid question, but I have a simple little question about having a well-balanced, healthy diet and exercise...I want to lose weight, but I know that simply eating too little or not eating the foods you need is very bad for you and simply will lower your metabolism...I'm getting 30 minutes of cardio exercise in a day, but does anyone have a well balanced diet plan that would be good to follow? Something that will keep you functioning and won't lower your metabolism, but will still keep you losing weight (nothing low-carb please...that's so bad for you because you need carbs for energy)...and also, about how many calories a day do you need to function? 1600 is the lowest, or at least I've heard? Thanks!

I weigh around 100 pounds. But i stll think i look fat. EVERYONE says i am skinny but i dont feel skinny. Whenever I wear a tight shirt there is a big bulge on my stomach. I just want my stomach to be flat like all of my friends. I exercise and eat right. I just feel and look fat! Do i go on a diet? exercise even more? Will I always be like that? PLEASE HELP!!! ASAP!!!!!!!

Hi I havent been very hungry at all! and idk why! I just recently went on this "diet" because I am 5'0 and 150...where I only eat 3 meals a day well for about 2 weeks now I havent been hungry for breakfast, or lunch and I dont eat any snaks inbweteen. like today I didnt eat breakfast and I was fine and I didnt have lunch and I was fine, I am not trying to starve myself!!! I just dont like food for some reason! Is it because my body is now use to not having as much junk food as I use to?/? please help!! And can you give me some ideas on how to loose my "love handles" also to thin out my legs and stomach area..please help..I hope my body isnt shutting down on mee..

Alright, I'm a little confused here...I want to tone my body, but I keep hearing that weights and squats and stuff will simply increase the size of my thighs and butt by adding more muscle...is running a good way to make them slimmer...some help here please!

How to lose the top

My stomach kinda pops out. Its mostly at the top and i was wondering if there was any way to make the top (right below my breasts) smaller? i can lose the fat at the bottom, but the top isnt changing.

I no its not healthy but will starving myself help me lose 2 inches off my stomach. i really need to. im going to florida in april and i wanted to get my belly button pierced but it think im too fat. with my clothes on i guess i look ok, but not the way i want to. please help

Im 13/f. im about 5'4" and i weigh about 140. EVen if it doesnt sound like a lot which im sure it does, my stomach is Big. Its not all like, flabby and stuff but its not even in a flat shape. it sticks out a lot, and expecially at the top. anything i can do about this? will starving myself reduce my stomach size but at the same time my breast size?

ok well this is kind of embarassing(sp)but i have sweaty arm pits..even when im cold..i no i should see a doctor so i can get some med. but i dont want to tell my mom cause its embarassing(sp)should i tell her?im going on vacation in feb. and i dont want that problem to effect my good time because its going to be hot there..and in school people always ask why im always wearing a hoddie..and i dont want to tell them..but i want to tell my mom so it will stop but like i said it embarassing(sp)...please dont respond if your going to make fun of me

always tired

Ive noticed in the last few months I am always tired when I wake up. And its not because lack of sleep because no matter how early i go to sleep or how late i wake up or vice versa I always feel the same. Any suggestions? What can I do to make myself feel better and not be so tired in the morning?

Working Out

I'm about 5'0" and like 116 pounds. I have a little chubby stomach too. I'm going to start going to the gym tomorrow and from then on workout about three days a week. I'll probably be there about an hour and a half each day. I'm not exactly sure what exercises I'll be doing, so I can't tell you that. But how long, about, do you think it will take to make my stomach flatter and lose that fat? Also, what exercises would help me lose that?

I was reading another question and answers about this but I need to get a 6 pack by summer... a lot of time I know but the sooner the better. I LOVE running and that doesn't really help abs much so what is the fastest way to get abs? By the way, I already have a 2 pack but it doesn't seem to "grow" no matter what I do.
