i am fat.. when i look in the mirror i look like a mini-sumowrestler.. i'm 13.. 5'1 and i weigh 110lbs.. please tell me how to lose the blubber on my abnormally huge thighs and my blubbery stomach.. it would be much appreciated! ps; i hate exercise and i'm too young to get lapo.. please give me good dieting info..

ok let me think. you can do yoga. I've been doin it since i was 9 and now i'm 14. Not only is it good for you but it's not that hard.You can buy yoga book or tapes. I don't think it'll help you lose weight quickly you can also just get on a heavy diet you can cut out carbs and sugar and other unhealthy stuff from your diet. Hope i helped. ]
You can try different diets like Atkins, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, or the South Beach Diet. For just regular info thought, you have to stop eating junk food and crap. Don't eat as much carbs. I know you don't want to exercise, but it does help. If you do 30 crunches a night, you'll see results in 2 weeks. Good luck!

im just like you. i really hate dieting and watching what I eat and excercising so I dont do any of it. I thought that I would lose it because its baby fat but then I realised that i should have already lost it ... but then I realised that peoplle were telling me that i was taller and skinnier. so my point is that you will grow and as you grow your fat will stretch.

110 lbs isnt very much, it might be more than some girls but that's ok. it's unhealthy to starve yourself so just eat lighter meals and i know you hate excercise but it really does help. if you do 25-50 situps a day it will give you stomache muscles. i hope i helped!

u prolly not fat. But the easiest way to do it is do crunches every night. I did that and now i have a nice tight stomach!!((*~*Kaile*~*)) ]
Hey look, from what you have said you don't sound that fat. I am 5'6 and about 120-130, somewhere around there. sometimes less that 120. I have huge thighs too, Its just me. Runs in the family. But if you feel like you need too lose weight I would suggest that you just watch what you eat. Don't eat too much candy, and sugary foods. Eat more healthy and take daily walks/ bikerides. Don't even consider lypo. That is seriously stupid. be yourself, we are all perfect in our own ways even if we don't think we are.

Hunnie you are not fat!!! I'm your age, I'm 5'3 and I weigh 132 lbs. So you're not fat, you're skinny. You're normal for your age, and you're definitely not fat. You don't need to go on a diet.
