Ive noticed in the last few months I am always tired when I wake up. And its not because lack of sleep because no matter how early i go to sleep or how late i wake up or vice versa I always feel the same. Any suggestions? What can I do to make myself feel better and not be so tired in the morning?
americangirl101 answered Tuesday January 4 2005, 11:04 pm: It could be a problem. My friend had a problem when she would always be tierd and she had to see a doctor and they found out what the problem was. Maybe you should see a doctor i know this isnt the best advice but i hope i helped. <3 American Girl [ americangirl101's advice column | Ask americangirl101 A Question ]

mnoret answered Tuesday January 4 2005, 5:49 pm: Well as you´ve probably noticed being tired is a common problem that has many posible solutions. First of all I would recommend that you try to find out if you are tossing and turning at night, because then the problem is your mattress. If that isn´t the problem then I advice you to drink more water (since water gives you energy), exercise more, and go to bed & wake up every day at the same times. I guess it would also be good idea for you to decide upon sleeping a certain amount of time (between 7-9hrs depending on your activity level during the day.)
I hope this helps,

Karen answered Tuesday January 4 2005, 3:59 pm: This happens to me all the time and the only suggestion that I have for you is to go to bed earlier than usual because that works for me. When you wake up in the morning, you can take a shower (you can put your hair up if you don't want it to get wet), drink some coffee, watch TV, listen to music, go outside, and other things that will wake you up! Hope I helped :)

CaitLynnG answered Tuesday January 4 2005, 3:46 pm: Well, when you wake up in the afternoon on the weekend.. You shouldn't be so tired. Before school, I understand you being tired. I am dragging every morning before school, because it's early. I would say though, When you're tired..take a cold shower, that always helps me. I hope I helped! = ) [ CaitLynnG's advice column | Ask CaitLynnG A Question ]
NEVERLETG00 answered Tuesday January 4 2005, 3:43 pm: i would think this happens to you when you go to school usually, cuz yea i'm like that all the time before school, b/c no one wants to go to school, and usually when your looking forward to something that day youll feel good and usually not that tired. thats how i am, like if i know that img oing shopping after school with all my friends, i look forward to it, so give yourself something to look forward to that day and it should help boost you up throughout the day. x0 [ NEVERLETG00's advice column | Ask NEVERLETG00 A Question ]
jbdreamer answered Tuesday January 4 2005, 3:40 pm: You may be sleeping too much. Too much sleep can cause fatigue. You should average 7-8 hours a night. Your diet and excersie can also effect your energy level. A couch potato is more likely to have less energy than someone actually moving about doing activities. A great way to wake yourself up in the moning is to do 5 minutes of excercises as simple as jumping jacks to get your blood flowing. [ jbdreamer's advice column | Ask jbdreamer A Question ]
