Well just make sure you wear PJ's when you go to sleep. Dont eat before you go to sleep. And if you do try to keep it a hour away before sleeping. PJ's make it a more comfortable sleep. And clear any clutter that you might have on your bed. Just be as comfy as possible. Fall asleep to quiet music-trix ]
Coffee!!lol
BUt it could be that you have a bad mattress (sp), but sometimes when people get too much sleep they seem more tired. Yea its true ]
It could be a problem. My friend had a problem when she would always be tierd and she had to see a doctor and they found out what the problem was. Maybe you should see a doctor i know this isnt the best advice but i hope i helped. <3 American Girl ]

Well as you´ve probably noticed being tired is a common problem that has many posible solutions. First of all I would recommend that you try to find out if you are tossing and turning at night, because then the problem is your mattress. If that isn´t the problem then I advice you to drink more water (since water gives you energy), exercise more, and go to bed & wake up every day at the same times. I guess it would also be good idea for you to decide upon sleeping a certain amount of time (between 7-9hrs depending on your activity level during the day.)
I hope this helps,

well it sounds to me like your hitting puberty but thats if your a teen. if your not a teen i would seriously go to a doctor and even get a new bed that was my problem when i had troubles with tiredness. ]
This happens to me all the time and the only suggestion that I have for you is to go to bed earlier than usual because that works for me. When you wake up in the morning, you can take a shower (you can put your hair up if you don't want it to get wet), drink some coffee, watch TV, listen to music, go outside, and other things that will wake you up! Hope I helped :)

Well, when you wake up in the afternoon on the weekend.. You shouldn't be so tired. Before school, I understand you being tired. I am dragging every morning before school, because it's early. I would say though, When you're tired..take a cold shower, that always helps me. I hope I helped! = ) ]
i would think this happens to you when you go to school usually, cuz yea i'm like that all the time before school, b/c no one wants to go to school, and usually when your looking forward to something that day youll feel good and usually not that tired. thats how i am, like if i know that img oing shopping after school with all my friends, i look forward to it, so give yourself something to look forward to that day and it should help boost you up throughout the day. x0 ]
You may be sleeping too much. Too much sleep can cause fatigue. You should average 7-8 hours a night. Your diet and excersie can also effect your energy level. A couch potato is more likely to have less energy than someone actually moving about doing activities. A great way to wake yourself up in the moning is to do 5 minutes of excercises as simple as jumping jacks to get your blood flowing. ]
Well that happens to me to.... I dont know how old you are but when you have to wake up in the morning to go to school, you never want to get up b.c school sux. Anyways, get outside more and get more fresh air. Do some physical activitites
