I'm about 5'0" and like 116 pounds. I have a little chubby stomach too. I'm going to start going to the gym tomorrow and from then on workout about three days a week. I'll probably be there about an hour and a half each day. I'm not exactly sure what exercises I'll be doing, so I can't tell you that. But how long, about, do you think it will take to make my stomach flatter and lose that fat? Also, what exercises would help me lose that?

DrAnqel answered Tuesday January 4 2005, 4:16 am: First, start out with about a 20 minute cardio workout [treadmill, stairmaster, anything to get your heart going]. Then, find the crunch machine. Do about 2 sets of 20 on the machine your first day, then the next day, do about 3 sets and so on and so on. As long as you stay away from high-carb foods, and try to eat healthy and stick to that plan, you will most likely see results in at least 2 weeks, maybe sooner, I'm telling you, it's like magic. Lol. Hope I helped. Good luck, tell me if it worked for you, it hasn't failed yet. -Angel
