If you want to lose weight do not starve yourself! That hurts you...it doesnt help you! I think you should just accept yourself... Be who you are!! But if you REALLY want to lose weight eat a healthy diet and exercise more. It helps your body and it can boost your self confidence! :)

Why don't you just exercise and eat right? That will do you a world of good. Starving yourself makes you fat. Why do all you dumb teenagers want to be anorexic and stupid?

NO! Starving yourself makes you GAIN weight! (Hard to believe..but it's true!) Just eat healthy, don't eat too many snacks. Or just eat healthy ones. April's a couple months away and you can lose a few pounds before you leave. Maybe you could go to a local gym and just work out like 3 days a week? Or get involved in a sport! Don't worry about it too much. Good luck and have fun in Florida ♥

no. it wont work. not only is it not healthy but it will make you gain weight. yes, i know, sounds crazy but it is completely true. when you dont eat you body gets so used to not having food to work off of that when you go back and eat something, even the smallest thing, that you gain it so much more. so you dont want to do that. just cut back on your portions of food, dont eat any kind of junk food (includes fast food, such as mcdonalds burgers and fries), and exercise. lay off some of the pop and sugary drinks. drink water.

beides the fact of it not being healthy it doesnt even work it makes you gain weight not eating because your body is used to not having food and when you eat somthing you gain weight because your body isnt used to it! (it is cunfusing but true) im sure you arent fat y dont you just have lss portions of what you eat or go to the gym more and excersize a bit more?
