i dont know if there is something wrong with me, but i'm 15/f and everday when i get home from school (i'm usually alone for about and hour) i completely pig out on tons of junk food. ie. those little debbie desserts, chips, licorice, etc. the rest of the time i eat normal stuff. i really like salad, and other healthy foods,but i cant stop this binging when i get home. i dont like throw it up or anything. but i have been getting really insecure about how i look. i m not fat, i am 5'6" and 107 lbs. but i don't know what is wrong with me. i am afraid i might get an eating disorder help!! When i get home i am alone too. And I want to pig out too. So sometimes the night before or that morning i will make something like a salad or something healthy. So when I get home I can just get it out and try to ignore the junk food. Because i NEVER want to make anything. So I always have something to eat instead of junk food. :)

Ive been trying so hard to loose weight for so long now. I work out my stomoch and legs and arms. I diet..The only thing i drink is water. Im eating healthy. I just dont know what to do anymore! No matter how hard i try the pooch of fat on my stomoch and my love handles just wont slim down! I dont know what to do anymore!! Can someone help me?! It might not be you. It could be the way your body is built. YOu can wear clothes that show yourself off! Or just keep exercising!!! It will come off sooner or later!

hi its been 2 months since my dad left for monterrey to learn french an he will be gone six months. Anyway im stuck at home with my sisters and my mom who are driving me crazy and it seems like the only way i can get away is by smoking and ive got asthma and one kidney. i just need advice on soning out because if i keep up the way ive been smoking ill be dead before im thirty. Any good advice would be nice and i will rate high. (link)

First off you shouldn't smoke. And if you are having a really hard time go talk with someone and get it out! oh and if you think you will not be able to survive the next few months call your dad and talk to him over the phone. :)

I no its not healthy but will starving myself help me lose 2 inches off my stomach. i really need to. im going to florida in april and i wanted to get my belly button pierced but it think im too fat. with my clothes on i guess i look ok, but not the way i want to. please help (link)

If you want to lose weight do not starve yourself! That hurts you...it doesnt help you! I think you should just accept yourself... Be who you are!! But if you REALLY want to lose weight eat a healthy diet and exercise more. It helps your body and it can boost your self confidence! :)
