I am 17, 5'11' and 103lbs. I ont know what to do. I need to gain weight. I was just wondering if anyone could recommend anything for me. I am so skinny its disguting. Help Please!

You should eat more. And eat healthy foods. If that doesnt help maybe you should confront someone and they can help you get through this. Or you should talk to a doctor and they can help you get back on track

Eat. But eat the right foods, so you're not putting on flabby fat, but good fat. Eat lots of fruits and veggies, brea, meat, energy bars might help too. Also, talk to your doctor about what you should eat and how you should exersise to put on some pounds. Best of luck!

well to gain weight you should get alot of fruit which will give you health sugar and drink alot of water .

some health places, or even like smoothie places, have nutrition bars that help you gain weight. those might help you otherwise just eat.. fatty foods i guess. goodluck with it

i'd talk to your doctor. he'd probably have some good suggestions about what kinda diet you should go on to gain weight. until then, i'd just make sure that your eating 3 good meals a day. hope i helped!

You dont really need to gain fat. You can gain muscle. That way youll be toned, and healthy instead of eating junky foods and being unhealthy. Hope I helped :)

well.. try going on a high energy diet.. eat foods with high glicemic rates (releases the energy fast) and do little exercise ie walking.. and the energy will turn into fat.. it could take anywhere from 1 month to 6 months.. but yea.. hope this helps
